Sometime around the 22nd day of September, 2015, I was contacted by Jonny Hill at my home in Mobile, Al. Upon taking the call, Johnny offered me a couple of home repair jobs. I informed Johnny that he would have to pay a minimum of half the cost for repair but, Johnny convienced me that he represented a reputable buisness and that he guaranteed payment for the delivery of services. After having Johnny agreeto payment through email exchange, I hired contractors to perform the services.
Upon completion of the service I requested payment but have been giving the run around by both Johnny Hill, Les Bottke, and their staff. These guys had no intention of paying me before for service rendered. As such, On the 2nd day of October, 2015, I'm contacting local authorities to bring a criminal action against Johnny and Les. This company JKHOME SERVICES is a scam . they will contact you send various emails stating they want you to work and repair a few work orders for various properties , Giving you all sweet talk due to this Johnny hill is A CON liar and he is good you ask for half up front . he sweet talk you about giving you more properties o work all over $10,000.00. you hirer other contractors to complete the required work you not license to do then when you stress for payments . this johnny say you stole his material when you have place material on the property and is installed on property he tell you all kinds of lies and make false claims but he donot pay you or the contractors that you hired to do the work . we finished 90% of the house which was bidded at 28,000.00 we collected one penny trusted in this company they are liars fraud donot trust them or work for them unless you get full pay before you touch any thing on the work order they send you
