Case # 3004-2940- $1798.38. Melendez JJ Construction aka John Melendez. This debtor company has been placed with my firm Asset Collections Inc for 3rd party collections. I have NSF checks which were written to my client, and placed in collections. We wanted to warn other vendors of this Theft of Products. The customer has refused to respond, and has lied on every promise they have made. I am now forming a creditors committee against this debtor company, plus we are also filing the NSF chk with the DA for criminal charges.
