Jesus blocked me on his phone did not want to resolve the following issues
The job in my opinion is 80%. I spent $2,000 for a 10x20. I expected to have a cover that was properly mounted, no dings or bends in material, and a job site left how it was when arrived.
Problems:
•Left my yard a mess with insulation everywhere which I had to vacuum out of the yard so my pets didn’t eat it.
•Left( 5)14x28 Roof panel cut off for me to dispose of myself which should have been taken off site.
•Center post secured half on tile and the other 1/2 is 3/4” free floating off concrete pad. This 2” x 12” piece of tile should have been cut to fit beam plate or chipped up to be secured to the concrete pad. This post is not properly secured.
• The installers did not off center holes for recessed lights to accommodate for the wall where the lights lay in the roof at the end. As Jesus says they only put holes in the center of the panels. Which I was trying to resolve by swapping the panel over and adding another 2 lights to make it look more proportionate but Jesus wasn’t wanting to fix that issue.
•I had to instruct the installer to mount a beam to a retaining wall to be flush for a stronger better look than 4” off the retaining wall.
•I used my own recessed lights which are 2.5” mounting depth which is enough depth to mount the lights. They just cut the hole with my hole saw which fits the lights. They wired them up and just pushed them up there. They are not properly seating and sitting slanted because they didn’t clear out enough foam for the lights to latch on to aluminum panel.
•Gutters not completely sealed to the roofing. So the water is pouring out between the roof and the gutter in multiple spots, so minimal water going actually down the water spout.
•water is dripping between the seal of the aluminum roof and where it was mounted on the roof in multiple places.
•Over hang at the end by the gutter is missing aluminum cover to conceal the styrofoam and is exposed to outside elements
•no screws into the panels up towards the house to hold panels in place. There is only 3/4” screws underneath along with 2 long screws at the end of the roof which are leaking.
•used cheap seam tape which is peeling up already
•gutter was mounted with on 4 screws on the bottom
