Billee Spodek marketer and wrote a sale on on the property despite all warnings. Just before escrow could close the Judge suspended my brothers power of attorney effectively stopping the sale. Later that same Judge oerdered the home be sold to me. I purchased it and own it still today.
My siblings and Billee Spodek attempted in my opinion to hustle me out of my dream of owning my childhood home and came within days of succeeding. This was in 2016. What is insane is that Billee Spodek's employer Douglas Elliman Co was also adminished by counsel to avoid the listing prior to listing the home and ignored all warnings.
