I made four purchases between May and June 2019 and only received one of my orders and that took over 2 months to receive. I waited for almost three months and either never got a response back when questioned where my items were or was given an excuse. I finally filed a complaint w/ my bank and got reimbursed for 3 of the 4 purchases but Frosted Treasure tried to give the tracking number for the one order that i did receive for all of the orders. Horrible business and i should have checked the reviews before wasting my time and money on such frauds.
They scammed me out of 471.28 and never sent anything. I messaged on Facebook and emailed 20+ times to be ignored and then blocked from commenting or responding on the lives.
I then found a page called Frosted Treasures Scammer Awareness on Facebook and learned Jaime and Lisa Foutch have done this to hundreds of people. BUYER BEWARE AVOID THIS SHADY COMPANY
