I bought a JNJ Spa in november of last year 2014 and it has not worked from the day i got it home. It has a door to help get into and out of the spa. It leaks very badly it can not be left on without a hose running into the tub. No responce from JnJ. I finaly got the door woring by taking apart the door and fixing the latch that was broken at my expence. Also wnnt through 3 heater elements due to the air intake for the ozone being plumed into the suction of the heater. Again no responce from JNJ after 10 Emails From me. I fixed that by repluming the tub at my expence. All of the Stainless is rusting very bad with streeks running around and down the interior of the new white tub. No Responce From JNJ. Im in the process of replacing all the stainless with plastic and alluminum at my cost again. Finally the circulation motor for the heater quit. I have tried to contact JNJ but again no responce. Surprise I have ordered another one at my expence again.. I sure wish they never came to the US and Showed their Tubs. I got mine in Orlando in 2014 but I heard They will be in Vegas So Buyers BE Very Carfull they Do Not Stand Behind Their Procuct.
