on 12/17/17 I ordered on iwishdirect a Buy One Get One: ActionCam Sports Camera for a total of $114.80 (including shipping) and have been debited on my credit card right away. I got a confirmation order on that day and since then nothing at all. I gave some time because of the holidays but then I emailed your support desk on 1/24/2018 about not being delivered still. I have no tracking info, NOTHING!!! Nobody from that company has ever replied to me. I sent another email today... How do I get my money back, I mean it's not nothing and this was a present for someone!!!

I was charged to my credit card $99:82 Dec 17th 2017, and after waiting and contacting them repeatedly, was just getting automated replies to continue to wait as demand was too high to fulfill all orders, from a support team at Zendesk a Karen, Rose and Summer, probably computer generated names. All replies sounding apologetic up to April 2018 when I cancelled the order and requested return of my payment, from then on it was just a generic reply saying my request has been received and being reviewed by the support staff !! Forward to Dec 2018 and still no word or refund !! After one year !!

I went on their Website, checked it out and found it looked legit. I placed my order and got an purchase comfirmation email.
The mail said they would provide me a tracking number once the order was complete and ready for shipping. Their ad stipulated that the items would be shipped within 3-5 days. After that delay, I contact them by email 8 or 9 times and a "Karen" from customer support kept answering that my order was still being processed therefore no tracking was available yet.
Was told that I would get a refund because "They didn't anticipate such a huge responce and did not have the available cameras" offered a refund, but none was ever given. After that, they stopped responding.

I ordered a action camera, with the second free, they charged my credit card and said my goods would be shipped. never received either camera so i asked what is the hold up, they said "back order", so i waited and again nothing, so i asked again where is my cameras and finally asked for a credit which i was told they were processing a credit, but on such luck.

In December I purchased 2 GoPro cameras and 2 SD micro discs. I waited for 2 weeks and notified them that I didn't receive them. They apologized and said they were going to refund me. So I waited again. No response. I sent another email stating I was turning them into trading standards. Finally received an email on March 3rd stating they refunded me. Again, I waited to see if money was returned to my bank. No money. So. I'm waiting again. I'm afraid I'll never get the refund. All I want is my money back.

They ran an ad on FB stating they have an amazing 2 for 1 deal on generic go pro cameras. Take the order online and state 8 10 days for delivery and then NOTHING. They do not ship the product and have generic bot style responses to your inquiries. they can suck it

After 6 weeks I asked again and they said the same thing so then I asked to cancel my order which was on February 14 and for them to refund my money they said no problem, after numerous emails getting the same generic response of so sorry I will resend it, I still have not gotten my refund and now they won’t even answer my emils. My bank says because I asked for cancellation that they need a cancellation receipt in order to give me my money back, so they as well won’t help I am out $127.99 please help

I checked with them (by email as they do not offer a phone number) about the product but they said that the orders were so overwhelming that they were unable to supply them but expected more soon. I responded that they were for Christmas gifts so if they did not get their shipment in within a week I would like to cancel the order and get a refund. The response was that they would just provide a refund. Every week I check and ask about the refund.
They respond they are sorry to hear it has not been processed and have put in for the refund again. After this has gone back and forth 3-4 times I stepped up my request by contacting support as well. I am now contacting them every 1-2 days because they just simply ignore me now and still no refund in sight. I doubt there will ever be a refund now and it has gone past 30 days on my credit card so I doubt I have any recourse at all. I can't afford these types of things and obviously I was stupid buying something I saw on a Facebook add. Won't ever be doing that again. Will stick with Amazon.

I have been trying to contact them to return this item, however their phone number 855-790-8615 says they have high call volume and to leave your name and number and they call you back. They never get back to you. Their website does not provide any contact information but a generic form to send to them. No company address, no phone number, no e-mail...
When looking at the packaging, they show that the item was delivered and signed for on 11/13/17, which is before the date of the order.
This was advertised as a sports camera simliar to GO Pro on Facebook. The item that came is about 1/2 inch, does not work, and the instructions and size of the equipment make it impossible to operate unless you use tweezers and a magnifying glass.
