I got a call on my cell phone and a man left a message saying that I was eligible for a refund for a protection package that I put on my computer a year ago. I called him back and he explained to me that he could no longer provide me the services and since I bought a lifetime protection that he was going to give me my money back. So he had me pull up my online banking so I can see my balance and he had me wait until the refund had been posted. Instead of putting $500 in my account it said that there was $5,000. He then told me that we had to fix this error otherwise my computer was going to be Frozen and unusable. Since we took too long trying to figure out how to resolve it he said that the money was being withheld so it was not in my account and they did not have access to it either. So then he had me driving all over town buying I tune cards. He then said that some of the cards were improperly activated and he got ahold and sent a request to Apple and instead of me having to deal with that problem he would just tack on more money onto what he was going to be giving me back and just make up the difference with apple on his end. He strung me along all day long and ran and took my money. In total I lost $8,600
