Do NOT buy from Itech deals! As a first time customer I purchased powerbeats 2 headphones because my previous ones were stolen. As soon as I opened the box I knew it was too good to be true. They arrived in a box without the original beats headphones packaging and I charged them overnight and they still never turned on. They shipped me defective headphones that cost me over $100! They better give me a full refund but the website says they do not give refunds. Don't buy discounted electronics from them or you will get cheap defective products.

If something looks too good to be true - it usually is - at least in this case: We ordered a refurbished Samsung Chromebook in October for our 5 year olds birthday in December.

Last week we decided to power it up so that it would be ready to use when we gave it to him - only to find that the power cord did not fit! So we contacted them - only to be asked why we had not opened the box prior to this date.

We explained to them why - & they told us that because we are past the 30 day warranty - there is nothing they can do about it! PLUS we bought a 2 year warranty! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY!!!

In contrast - anticipating as such - we ordered a replacement cord from another company which also did not fit - but instead of acting like iTechDeals - this other company immediately refunded my money without my even asking them to - because they did not have another cord option for me.

Unfortunately - I already paid the credit card that I made the chromebook purchase with - so it will be a bit more difficult than if I had not already paid it - but I will still work toward getting my money back!

I ordered two pairs of Beats urBeats headphones that were supposed to be brand new on 04/13/2017, one pair the sound isn't working in the left side I had tried them with two tablets and a computer (Same Results) so I contacted Apple customer support come to find out both pairs of headphones are used and had been returned multiple times and the warranty is expired for both pairs definitely not new. I have also tried to contact the company via phone and it's just a voice message telling you to email them so I did and they're refusing to resolve the issue. I have also contacted Better Business Bureau hopefully everyone else that they scam will also make a report with Better Business Bureau

I had ordered the "Coby 2.5-Inch Swivel Screen 1080P Car DashCam". In order for it to be functional you would need a battery, power cord, and a suction cup arm to attach it to the windshield. Although these items weren't specifically mentioned I assumed it would be a complete kit. Later as I was browsing a simular item I noticed these necessary accessories are specifically mentioned as included. So I explained this in an email to Anna at support and asked her to please send if it had all the required components and to cancel if it was only one piece of the kit. I received a very short email back stating my order had been canceled with no explanation. Even though I inquired in a further email if I could conclude the kit was incomplete, I have as yet received no answer. I spent a good deal of time considering their product, finding reviews elsewhere (because curiously reviews for that product don't seem to be an option for customers at itechdeals.com) and making the purchase. But I'm left to conclude that either it was easier for Anna to just cancel my order rather than get to the facts about the product she's selling or, the product was incomplete and would be absolutely useless. So it's either very bad customer service or a very deceptive ad - with no way for a previously ripped off customer to alert new shoppers where reviews aren't allowed on this item while reviews are on many of their other products.

Purchased on 1/30, sent out label 2/8. expected delievery went from 2/8 to 2/9 to 2/13 still havent got anything. called 15 times emailed 9 times. Post office tole me they made a label and sent out through amazon on sunday because amazon has a deal with them. post office uses new couiers for this. never was send or recorded. they told me it must be a fake label with no pkg that happens. I will fly to new jersy in 3 weeks and find this spot durring my vaction. I really hope they exist because this is going to be fun. They are very clever criminals and everything looks legitimate. NAPES! As Crooked as they come. Already told my bank ANd they will be opening up a case and sending me a new credit card. I actually learned alot about the post office on how they take pictures of every piece of mail and scanit and make sure the courier have the scanned pictured mail and gps each piece with each courier.

Kind of facinating. I had the supervisors look 4 seperate times and nothing. so I am writing my very first review in my life at the age of 29. Hope this helps you innocent cuatomers/consumers. I cant let this company get away with this amazon label loophole anymore. F*** These A**HOLES!!!! Thivery A**es!!!

I bought two Fantasy Wireless chargers from them, neither of them work. I can't return them as the packaging was damaged just getting it open (that was the only way I could access these items). They require you to send them back in original packaging, needless to say, I could not.

I have not receieved any response from these rip-off artists.

I have bought other items from them no problems, but not any more.

Ordered a lightning cable for my IPad Mini on 6/21/16 .

Received an email from iTechDeals 3 days later ( 6/24/16 ) stating that my order was shipped .

After not receiving my order for 10 days ( NJ > NY ) , I contacted iTD via email .

On Tues. 7/5 i was informed that the tracking info could not be found .

On Wed. 7/6 i was informed that the order was NEVER SENT as they were out of stock !!

Bottom line ............... TWO WEEKS .......... nothing received ............ no communication except for a bogus email stating the item had been shipped . :>(

Rip Off

Although their website did not register my purchase or send me a confirmation that my credit card had been charged, I later received an email that "my order was on its way". I checked and my credit card had been charged. Terribly slow and incompetent customer service who refused to pay return postage. Since I moved on to a website that worked I am now stuck with duplicate items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

I have made several purchases at different times over the past year. The gems ITech sent me either did not work, or they failed within 3-6 months. When I requested a return authorization, I received an immediate form reply promising a response within 24 hours. That was several days ago. I am still waiting.

dont take a chance with your money. Do not deal with iTech. You will get ripped off.
