I bought a used IPAD 4 from this company. This arrived locked and it was impossible to open I continued to get a message that I needed the former owner's passcode.
I contacted ItecDeals and they stated that the time for a refund or information about a passcode had passed and I could purchase another one!!!!
Purchased a item from this poor excuse of a company, I a week ago, and still have not received any shipping information from them, even after emailing them through PayPal. com, and through their own website ! Next I will file a PayPal claim ! Do not buy from these scammers is my best advice ! Shell, front for a Chinese Company. Items shipped from China, closeouts, and damaged items, and returns. Items missing parts ! Scammers ! 'F" ratting, with the Better Business Bureau !
