I placed an order on their site on 1/10/17. I used a credit card. I made a copy of the final receipt with charges, other info. I was supposed to receive an e-mail confirmation. I have not received an e-mail confirmation for my order at this point. I called the phone number given and noone answered. It was an automated response. I e-mailed the contact and it came back as undeliverable. I went back to the site and found another contact e-mail. I wrote a response to that e-mail about my situation. I did that this morning. (1/11/17) I have not received anything at this point. I even told them that this was either a scam or my e-mail was incorrect. I just received an e-mail that this e-mail was undeliverable. After reading from your website, I now realize that this particular site is a scam apparently. What do I need to do in order to keep my credit card from being charged. I had an Order #7570175, and it was for a Proctor Silex coffee maker. After looking at the receipt more carefully, there isn't evidence there that I ordered this item. It just shows the price I was charged. It does not give the item and any info on that item.
