I purchased my ring over 1 month ago. I received an email confirmation immediately. I paid the extra to have it shipped within 3-5 days. It arrived within 10 days and I was very happy with the product. It's gorgeous and doesn't look fake. I've had so many compliments on my "diamond" ring. I have since purchased an anniversary band of emeralds. It's gorgeous as well. I will continue to order from this company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! they will make your ring in china after you buy it. it takes absolutely forever. I bought one for $100 and took them over a month just to make it them when it came in it was a piece of junk. the diamond is like plastic. when to return it had to pay for return shipping label them they charged me an extra $20 for shipping the ring to me that was supposed to be FREE SHIPPING! now will not give full refund.
I ordered a "rose gold plated white sapphire" ring in late November and had to email them just to receive an order confirmation (first red flag). Three weeks later emailed them three times over a week to see what the status was and within a few days the ring was shipped out and I received in late December. Within two weeks, the rose gold plating rubbed off and a stone had fallen out. When I contacted them about it early January, they asked me if I wanted to keep the BROKEN ring for $20 so I wouldn't have to send it back... obviously I paid the shipping to send it back after they provided me the exchange address. I received the replacement mid-January and by the end of January the stones and had fallen out of the replacement ring so contacted them again but they did not respond.
It took several days and emails before they responded saying the return address has changed and if I accept a refund, they will send the correct address to me.
Of course I didn't want to continue paying for shipping to exchang rings every 2 weeks so I did not accept and they would not send me the address despite how many times I asked stating their refund period is only 30 days but it took nearly that much time just to receive the ring and FOREVER for them to respond and their 1-year warranty is only for exchanges.
I filed a paypal claim and the won because of the return policy that they find loopholes to pass the time or convince you to exchange for a broken replacement. I am appealing now with the email correspondence showing they refused to send the address and delayed the return period hoping for an overturn but will consider it a loss at this point and hope everyone interested in buying a ring from them to reconsider and run away! I bought a similar ring on Amazon for $10 and the CZ stone looks identical to their "sapphire" stone and none of the stones have fallen out a month later!
Avoid!! I ordered a ring Jan 3. 2018. Was made to believe the company was in USA, it's in CHINA!! I Recieved an email that it shipped on Jan 4, gave me a tracking #, that was really a Customs # and USPS can not locate the package since they did NOT SHIP IT PRIORITY it has no tracking # so it CAN NOT be tracked!! Their email from customer service just keeps telling me to wait, be patient. I'm mad as hell now, Nobody can locate my package! I'm going to the bank to see what they can do to draw back my money! The USPS customs # said it's still in CHINA it's been 6 weeks now and nobody can locate the package except that it's still in China!!! Avoid this company!!
I ordered the ring on November 18th it came finally after sending serveral meaasages and when I recieved it the stone feel out and it wasnt the ring I ordered and it was very cheap. I was under the impression that it was made and mailed from the united states but it came from Sinapore. My husband bought a ring from Italo jewelry for me to compliment my wedding band. It is sparkly, large but not fake looking, and holds up to daily wear. I take it off for showers and washing dishes. I am thrilled that it is not plated, so it shouldn't scratch. I've had it for a month now and couldn't be happier. The company included a paper that talked about a one year warranty. Also, they provide a free 30 day return policy. The packaging was professional. The ring came in a nice ring box with a white bag inside. After wearing my wedding ring for many years, I am completely happy with this ring that my husband picked out. Love it!
Ordered 2 rings. Both too small (had to be wrong size because I have been wearing the same size ring for years AND still am). Got them to stack with other rings I already have. First wanted me to "go to a jewelry store to check the size..." when I already have 30+ rings in my jewelry tray (several of them new, so I know what size I wear). They would not tell me how to return the items. Tried to give me a "discount" to keep them (items I cannot wear). Then wants pictures to make sure the flimsy tags are still attached. I finally had to call American Express to get the charges disputed and reversed. You can tell by the content of their e-mails that English is not their first language. I think they are Chinese scam artists. ripping people off. If you look on line, there are all kind of complaints and scam reports on this company. Buy at your own risk.

I filed a complaint with PayPal and got no support from them either. Italo's customer service is absolutely the worst. They basically said to me, "we shipped it to you and we have the tracking information but if you never received it, TOO BAD! I buy a lot of things on line and if I didn't receive something, the company would stand behind it and fix the problem. These people couldn't care less. Don't buy from them. When they did, they gave me a partial refund saying that I only returned 2/3 items, therefore taking off for not meeting the purchase minimum for the store discount, as well as keeping the money for that specific item. It says on their page, they will pay for return shipping if a ring is defective but I had to pay to ship it back - they even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to keep the broken ring for $20. The exchange ring had stones fall out within less than two weeks (same as first ring) and they wanted me to pay to ship it back for another exchange saying they do not offer returns on exchanges or replacements. That's how they rip you off out of a return, by pushing exchanges which you have to pay for and sending cheap rings and taking 3-4 days to respond to emails. You can't even win a paypal dispute because of it.
While surfing Facebook I come across a paid ad, advertising beautiful imitation white sapphire rings. I click onto their website and proceed to order. At the bottom of each page is a timer. Their is "sale" for Vetern's Day and you get a 30% discount if you order within 5 minutes. The timer running. So I placed a 200.00 order through their paypal service. Thinking it was "safe".
Three hours later I click back onto the Facebook page to show a friend the rings I ordered. We found several complaints from a woman stating the pictures were fake and stolen from her and another women. We then watch a video of a ring and realize the video is shot in a real Jewelry store with the jewelry stores name in the back ground kind of blurred out. I immediately called paypal to dispute the charge. Thinking they were a added protection and thought wrong. They said I had to contact Italo.
When I made the purchase I received a email from Paypal for the purchase. As a avid shopper the vendor will also send a email with a copy of your purchase and shipping info. I received nothing from Italo.
I sent a email to Italo stating I wanting to cancel the order. I received no response. I have sent a total of 3 emails and disputed the charge with my credit card. And still have received no response. This company is a scam.
I ordered a ring before christmas. Received it. Did not like it and it was too big. I have tried to contact italo several times via email and phone to return the ring. No response. Terrible customer service!
This is probably one of the nicest rings I've purchased online. The stone is set well and straight, and it is full of sparkle and color. I ordered a 6, and it fits well. The band is not thin so I'd have no fear of wearing this around the house, while doing dishes, etc. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Italo Jewelry is a SCAM! Buyer beware.... I purchased a new wedding set since my original one does not fit at the moment and having it resized would be a pain. The jewelry on the website looks gorgeous. However, in person- both my husband & I agreed, the ring looks like it came out of a vending machine. In addition, the wedding band does not sit flush with the "engagement" ring & therefore one has to wear it crooked, with the wedding band sticking out behind the ring. I took the tags off when I received it thinking I got the right size & would love it. But the complete opposite was true! It's chincy, looks cheap, & customer service WILL NOT return my emails! I have been in communication with them since the 2nd of March, which was the day I received the ring. I tried it on & it did not fit, so it went right back into the ring box & original packaging it came in. I am TRYING to initiate an exchange, but it doesn't look like that will be happening. So now I have a cheap looking ring that doesn't fit. Use CAUTION when dealing with this business!
