Utimely, they are setting a trap to take your money and find every excuse not to refund it.
I purchased software from "iSkysoft" because the website claimed a 30 day money back guarantee. Now they are saying it does not apply. The person who emailed me makes absolutely no sense and does not seem to be able to communicate in written English. No phone or fax number sfor this comapny are to be found anywhere on the website. The company is supposedly located in China.
