After waiting 45 min. To be seen I then waited another 30 in the room to talk to a medical office technician to then wait 15 min to be told i had the flu and wrote a antibiotic which the office technician handed me and sent me on my way. The doctor never saw me nor spoke to me after expressing i needed to be evaluated by a doctor. Theres no EXCUSE what was she doing? They weren't busy I was patient I would have waited even longer to speak to dr. Nguyen, but she refused. I went home called hospital hotline and come to find out none of my symptoms would have had used the prescription she wrote. Go figure.... i have come here plenty times previous this doctor shouldn't be allowed to PRACTICE MEDICINE!
I have been to Irvine Urgent Care a few times for my baby & my older boys Physical for Football, I have seen 2 other Dr.'s who were great, as well as taking our concerns seriuosly, However, Dr Diana Nguyen on the other hand is rogue, unprofessional & due to her lack of empathy & code of ethic could have easily cost me my life, I was in such dire straights after I left Urgent care My hubby took me to the hospital and I was admitted for 4 days, I am still on the fence on how to proceed, I have never sued anyone, and Im married to a Lawyer, I am angry, she was rude dismissive & she seems to REALLY REALLY hate white women,maybe all women, shes an a*s, no kind way to say it, she looked me up & down and started jumping to her own conclusions based on my looks, she ignored my issues,
and just made random reasons up instead of a blood test or taking issue with my fever, I was admitted to Hoag a hour later, she claims to be a Plastic Surgeon that took a 7 year hiatus, sounds fishy, who goes in that direction, she allegedly hates the Dr owner of her office, no she is not the owner, pretends too, she said a few things out of the side of her mouth, referring to his buisness savy, She is extremly rude & should be sued for being the possible worst Dr ever, I have to agree wth the other Rip off report MAY 2016 posting, she is just a horrific Dr..I had to look her up to see if she if she was indeed a Physican. I left 3 messages with the office, she refused to call me back, or take responsibilty. There are ManyMany urgent cares in Irvine & OC for that matter, this office was very nice prior to her, I will never go back.

Diana Nguyen, M. D is the absolute worst Doctor, I have ever seen. After paying my co-pay and sitting in the patient room at her practice she sent her orderly in with a prescription for me without even seeing me. I am astounded that Dr. Diana Nguyen, M.D is even alowed to be a physician. Dr. Diana Nguyen, M.D actually tried to treat me without even seeing me. I had to ask several times to see her and when she finally stopped by for the entire minute she was in the room with be Dr. Diana Nguyen, M.D was so rude and insensitive, had the worst bedside manor and then told me it was after 5pm and that I would have to leave. Are you serious???
I got there at 4:45pm, 15 minutes prior to close and she had the nerve to completely ignore my needs as a patient and then try and kick me out for her lack of time management? Dr. Diana Nguyen, M.D,and or Diana Nguyen of Irvine should have her license revoked. Any Doctor, especially Diana Nguyen MD that tries to treal a patient without seeing him or her first should not be alowed to practice medicine. Diana Nguyen, M.D. was more preocupied with trying to get out of the office for the day than offering the correct patient care and treating me seveere pain from my recent surgery.
My resolution request is $100,000 for the medical malpractice by Diana Nguyen, M.D as she showed complete disregard for my injuries, and that she be fired from her saturday shifts at Irvine Urgent Care off Alton in Irvine, CA.
