Took $14,245 down payment and never returned. Nowhere to be found (Evicted from his office and house in march 2021)
April 19, 2021 Dylan Green, A.K.A Patrick Green, owner of iROOF / Ishingle.com took $14,245.51 down payment from Signarama to start replacing the roof. He never returned.
He pushed back the installation date twice then stop communicating all together. Not answering the phone / not returning business phone calls, cell phone calls, text messages or emails.
When we tried his place of business, located at 120 E Washington Ave, Clifton Heights, PA. his landlord indicated that Dylan (Patrick) Green was evicted in March 2021 after substantial back pay and trashing the place.
Dylan was a former customer so we though he would be trustworthy.
The Ishingle web site indicates “it is a family business”. IRoof doesn’t have any employees. The work is performed by third party companies or day labor from Chester (many drug addicts and felon).
