The tenants have been here over 15 years paying a decent rent amount. Iron Eage Property Managment took over a year ago and the rent has been raised 400.00 in one year. We were told " we can get 100 times more than your paying. They are trying to get us out of here. They are the most unprofessional place in Boise. DONT rent from them!
