Back in September I was having trouble with my HDMI connection between my computer and my stereo. Apple referred me to IPC for software help. They kept saying it was fixed but it wasn't. I spent 4 days on the phone with them; wasted time and it cost me $119.99; paid on my credit card.
In early October I told them I wanted a refund for the work they didn't do. They claimed I paid them $110. and promised to repay me.
First they claimed they sent a check via FedEx and that it "wasn't deliverable."
Then they claimed they tried to reimburse my credit card but the company wouldn't accept it
Then they claimed they sent me a check via US mail and it came "back to them."
Then they said they would pay me via PayPal. No surprise... they haven't.
Now, I can't get through to them by phone and the company doesn't respond to my emails.
Although they list a California address, clearly they are doing business from their EU address:
