I ordered two IO Hawk Motorized Transporters (hooverboards) from the online store IO Hawk, they charged my credit card immediately and advised via email there was a 6 week wait then they will be shipped. After waiting almost two months we tried to contact IO Hawk via their site and email they never replied and we never received our two IO Hawks, they have never refunded the USD $5042.58 since 28 June 2015. My credit card provider was notified and they tried several attemps to contact IO Hawk but they never replied to them either.
I wish to advise anyone wanting to order online with IO Hawk they are fraudsters they have kept my money will not respond to any emails from myself or the bank. It has now been two years and I am still trying to contact them with no luck.
*American Express has tried to contact them but they have not replied to their query either. I wish to advise anyone out there wanting to purchase from this company they are fraudsters, this is disgusting as it was for two kids for Christmas disgusting way of doing business!! Let alone they have ripped me off all this money!! Please spread the word on this IO Hawk company they should not be allowed to get away with it.*
