Same fraudulent debt collection agency/entity - same guy operating under fake name, Dave Toledo, and under several different purported entities that are fake and/or are no longer active with the California Secretary of State. Same address on the web for each of these entities. Letter Mr. Toledo faxed to us does not have an email address or fax number so you can dispute the debt in writing immediately, and it is very inappropriate, threatening, misleading, and violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"). Each purpoted business/entty has different toll free numbers on the web. but when you call each if these numbers, you reach the exact same recording with the exact same voice. Same physical address - 1613 Chelsea Road, Ste. 151, San Marino, CA 91108 - for each entity is actual just a mailbox company called "San Marino Mailboxes." I called it and asked for an email or fax number for "Mr. Toledo" and was told they "could not give out confidential information." There's never a live person who answers the toll free lines, but it is is always the same recording. You have to leave a message, and the same "Dave Toledo" calls you back.
