I ordered a coffee maker from these folks and started to get concerend when the order status tab on their site created an error message, no one answered the phone, and I received no response to my email. So, I disputed the transaction with PayPal. A few days later, they responded to Paypal with a Fedex Tracking Number. When I came home one day, there were two packages that were delivered. One from Frys.com and the other from Bed Bath and Beyond. Both had the exact coffee maker I ordered, however, the shipping documents showed different individuals as purchasers with me as the recipient. Two days ago, I received a letter from Frys stating that the credit card transaction was reversed and since I received the merchandies, I must return the coffee maker. I believe these folks are using stolen credit cards to fill their orders.
I also ordered a coffeemaker from Intu Store for $70 back in April 2015, I did receive the coffeemaker but did not notice the shipper. I also received a letter from Fry's a couple of days ago about a credit card charge back and saying I owed them $109.26. After I forwarded them the order confirmation email and the sellers paypal contact information, Fry's said they would be taking no action against me and thanked me for my help. After all this time I was not asked to return the coffeemaker and don't think I would have. Why should I be out $70, I did nothing wrong and I would think Fry's has insurance for this kind of thing.

Filed a claim on PayPal and the claim states that the "seller is unable to respond" so PayPal is upping it to an official claim where PayPal makes the decision themselves. This got my curiosity up so I pulled apart the packing materials for my coffee maker and found that the seller had purchased it via Bed Bath and Beyond and it was purchased from some guy in Seattle. Very suspicious. I believe the other person on here may be correctin saying the seller is using stolen credit cards for these purchases. No other way to explain it. Hopefully, PayPal figures it out and I get my refund.

After several emails to these people PHANH D PHAM was the paypal acct. I Never received a response and never received my money back into my acct. THESE People are RIPOFFS Never order from them. I am going to be complaining to Paypal about them.
