We have been forced to wear COVID masks, when in fact there is no law or mandate to support doing that.
We are now into October of 2022, and as I checked in, and later, myself and others were forced to wear the masks, despite them not being legally mandated, and those without such as I, were provided masks and told to don them right away.
The water in the kitchen sink takes as much as 15 minutes to become hot, and cools back down right away such that coming back 15 minutes or so later, has you needing to start the process over again making it warm.
The bathroom sink suffers same problems, but in fact only seems to take 5 minutes to get warm. They are on a differing feeds of piping, which seems an odd plumbing architecture. There are more things on the way that would tend to prove why this is implemented as such.
The kitchen sink would leak water down into the cabinet area below the sink. It had nothing to do with my room, the water was coming in from the room adjacent to my kitchen wall. I would run water off and on all day, with the cabinet base remaining dry, and no water appeared. I checked the piping and felt all around, finding it dry.
They would violently smash things onto their floor at odd times and that would shake my floor also. These were violent acts and the force required to do this was beyond excessive.
Likely relates to moving the fridge, since I am over 6 feet tall, male, 290lbs, and my hands are stronger than most people's. Moving that fridge was all but impossible. It had to be done right by picking it essentially straight up and moving it out of the way to free the line cord.
I found it also all but impossible that I could make that much noise intentionally, as those next door did, forget by happenstance, if I wanted to, barring taking something akin to a chest of drawers and smashing it from a height of 3 feet onto the floor.
Include the walls, kitchen walls and cabinet area, etc. Same for the shower event with the room adjacent to that, where the floor actually oscillated from that event. Literally, this was absurd.
As they went to leave from next door, it seems as though some people arrived and enacted a drama with the want to fool me with the notion they were being told to leave. The people with masks who knocked on the door next to me likely did NOT work for the hotel.
As 5 or 6 women left, they paraded back and forth for hours outside my door, in effect demonstrating that they can do wrong here and act with impunity, with no fear of consequences, as though celebrating the victory of the victim they trounced as in some WWF wrestling event in the ring at Madison Square Gardens.
It likely relates to a marital fraud and a process to annul as I've seen with other women at other hotels in recent years. They think they can make me pay for that since it is free. Some of the hotel staff is to blame as proven by this.
This was absurd nonsense, and went on until well after check out time of 12 noon. Later that day the housekeeper pretend to flip and clean the room, and another pretend guest arrives, man woman and child.
During that time two men, each with a walking cane, hung around and acted as though they moved in there. This was before the check in time of 3pm, and before the woman went to clean the room. A second and differing man with cane arrived later that evening, done to confuse others.
Smoke mirrors and chaff. The same behavior repeated for well over a week and had me need to make a second call to the security staff. The floor tiles and other areas are damaged with the tiles coming loose and making sharp edges to cut your feet.
Walking in bare feet has the tiles come up and stick to your feet. This is same for kitchen and toilet and shower areas in the bathroom. The bathroom sink is loose and coming off the wall. The large screen LG TV cable was loose and falling off the wall.
This likely was done intentionally to brainwash the victims of this abuse, since they relate in that water leaks, bashing on wall and floor, devices to shake the floors, and badly placed power cords, all work together to harm people who stay here.
The fire emergency placards on the room door offer no information as to how or where to go to exit in the event of an emergency. It seems they are of no help since walking around on the upper floors where my room is, tells me they only have the elevator, I can't find any stairs to lower levels on floor 2 or 3.

The sign shows no doorway, meaning where the door and exit walkway are relative to the layout of the hotel and the room, and the sign does not depict where to walk, where the stairs or elevator are, and is more apt to confuse someone in a critical and debilitated/injured state.
It shows "No Way Out", consider the prison, death trap, marriage, etc entendre. It is in fact misleading and provides too little information beyond that. The elevator itself is fast, but the door's opening and closing is very slow, taking 10 seconds or more to open and close. Too slow.
Consider the emergency/fire issues. People in the storage areas adjacent to my room violently smash on the wall and floors, even doing so when I sleep or use the shower, at 2 or 3 am. That shakes my floors and it should not. Two wrongs or more.
The headboard has a loose piece of veneer making a sharp offering to slice a hand or other things open as one sleeps. Or not. What happens then is once you determine and locate the criminal intent with malice aforethought, the things which might be mistakes can be seen as being done wrong intentionally.
As they'd aggregate with the other aspects and concerns, which are OBVIOUSLY done wrong intentionally. The notions of benefit of the doubt NOT, and suspension of disbelief applies.

The managers and Corp Mgmt team need to be charged with every conceivable deceptive and Unethical Business Practices that the Law Allows with the Harshest Sentence Possible. The lodge in Tucson is a breeding ground for every possible germ and parasite known to man. No employee wears a mask or take precautions to prevent the spread of Covid. It is more effective for this Rat Infested, Sewer Odor Facility to be reactive then proactive. The manager is arrogant, hostile and needs to be placed in a mental asylum for her own good and the safety of other's. Stay away from this organization. A Class Action Law Suit would be the best thing that has ever happened to this Deceptive organization. Shut the doors and pay all the individuals that have been scammed from day 1. Then, go after the Corp management team and have them bring along their tooth brushes for long term at their favorite prison institution!! I ended up suffering from injuries sustained before getting to Gilbert and ended up in the ER for it. These people acted to exploit, exacerbate, and blame me for, those injuries, and they otherwise acted to predate upon me as such for them.
This is obscene. There has been a constant pattern of violent and abusive behaviour from the room beneath me. This has gone on for many months. They are repeatedly smashing some large heavy object onto the floor that shakes the floors in other rooms.
Calls to the front desk has them essentially lie about the problem seeming to prove they are complicit. I was told by the female manager for one event that calling the Police would be of no use since nothing can be done. This is of course false. This essentially says that they are doing this intentionally and that this would be done to stave off a person's want to report the crimes. Other frauds including denial of service, no trash taken or room serviced for 6 weeks or more.
Each week they lie about next week. The male Manager Daniel Mones lied to me each time asked about next week. I gave up after 6 weeks. As I sit here now, again they have not done service for 7 weeks, I only require them to take out 2 bags of trash, which they often complained about, and now a note appears with claim this is due to COVID based on CDC regulations. Nonsense.
After a period of time it becomes apparent that there is some kind of transducer device installed in the sub-floor(s) that smashes the chair you are sitting in in effect. Other sounds from car door slams, etc also cause floor to shake this way.
Earlier in the begin of my stay someone entered the room beneath me and violently smashed something onto the floor BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG and it was so loud AND for each act to smash onto the floor, say 2 per second, my chair via the floor smashed straight up into my spine as I sat above them at my PC.
This is impossible unless being done intentionally and with malice.
I sit adjacent to a load bearing wall, the floors are concrete, and next to me is a walkway leading to a lift. The frequency response is too high and it is not symmetrical, attempts by me to deflect the floor as I suspected are not able to make the floor shake much at all and not at that rate.
This says something is installed on top of the concrete floors which in effect is now a loud speaker acting to shake you up. They know and act on this. Loud car horns, door slams, exhaust notes, and yes even THUNDER claps shake the floors. Proving this is being sensed and "Amplified" via microphones. I also suspect as the sounds are beyond being mechanically transduced into the structure, they are ALSO being re-broadcast via hidden speakers.
Events related to things being done with the computer, prove they have some form of electronic intrusion ongoing, where the needless acts to shake the floor are also correlated with my machine use. Likely done based on their espionage of network router activity which is also illegal. Since they are doing all that wrong and have the devices there, why not eh?
These acts are also being done in the room next to me as well as below. Same problem, loud smashing sounds, there is nothing in these rooms so heavy and dense as to cause this. It is not possible AND not in keeping with credible accepted use of the rooms. The person next to me never showered ONCE for many months, I have been home bound here with bad injuries sustained elsewhere, and now as it seems here. So I know.
They are too quiet, never sneeze, cough, laugh, talk on the phone, snore, or have any credible use of that room. Never. They in effect pretend they are not there and use that tactic to startle people with their stealth and then their obnoxious violent pounding. It also seems that cameras are hidden, since some of this has to be sensed optically.
At points you go to do something, and at any point where you might be injured, or drop or spill something, the floor will jump beneath your feet. Also using the shower stepping in, out, or washing, etc someone smashes something onto the floor same for using toilet. Behaviours indicate that people "Follow" me around in my room and act/retaliate for my using the toilet, using the shower, turn the AC unit off and on, or use my kitchen. This goes on constantly.
Night attendant raised his fist to me one morning at 4am as I asked to get a plunger to clear the toilet which plugs constantly. He came charging at my back as I passed the window in the front office and raised his arm to me. The violent pounding goes on constantly every day and into the morning at 2am, 3am, 4am, etc.
Earlier in the stay no service was done on my agreed upon day, but an effort was made the next day. I was asleep and not expecting her. I said I need some time to get up, and please wait or come back in a few minutes, they just left. I in effect said please don't enter now I am not dressed, which was the right thing of course and this was not my day for service.
Later that night the female office manager Mixsty Sanchez, and the maintenance man, came pounding on my door. I was verbally abused, threatened, lied to with the claim they admit no service prior day but said no staff cleaners were present. Not true, cleaners ran back and forth all day that day and never stopped. I waited all day for them.
They then demanded to enter my room for no reason it seems to retaliate for the fact they lied and did not take out trash or clean the room which was horrid to begin with. I later had to wet clean the carpet and the water came up BLACK worse than used motor oil. The bed sheets and comforter were not clean as I walked in the door first time, the fitted sheet was malformed with one segment the width of a full, and the other the width of a queen mattress.
The top sheet was wadded up into a long line running the length of the bed, and stuffed under the comforter/cover. I found the bed frame shared the same characteristics (more vanity/brainwashing) of the fitted sheet. One wide segment and one short, and it was jammed together wrong in an effort to make it a spring trap. Likely using the floor as a trigger to set it off.
Also the fridge and the cooling coils that carry refrigerant was pushed against the wall again likely in an effort to make it fail/leak gas, by having the floor violently shake all over the place damaging the thin metal tubes.
One night I was attempting to take out many bags of trash as they did no service for over 6 weeks. The Property Attendant knocked on my door and involved another guest who started to accuse me of being abusive to him. This is false, we never met, I mentioned to the night manager that the female manager and repair person came to the room and accused me, threatened me that I'd need to leave, that this is my fault etc. He admits they are wrong, says or repeats to me the substance of the dialog, and says he has informed the Corporate Body which I now learn would be false.
He in fact knew too much of the dialog since he did not witness it, and other later acts prove he and they continued to conspire in the wrong doing. They in fact made efforts to brainwash me by sharing and moving dialog back and forth among them.
The fix it guy covers for security guy who I caught years earlier down below me smashing on walls and floors etc etc, I ran down and saw him exit the room. They swap dialog bits back and forth, say too much. The new cleaning woman gets into the act, she raised her fist to me and did same charge at my back by front office window, another female guest did same thing. These people are a carnival, a soap opera, and their own version of God does Ten Commandments and more. A circus.
This likely will open the proverbial can of worms since I'd say other injured parties had no results since the security person and others here are doing the wrongs and not reporting. They in effect acted to gaslight on the problems. Also too the involve of another guest invades my privacy and is another crime designed to blame me for their want to now offer this as being "Punitive" and "Justice".
The other guest starts to ask me questions after HE accused me of refusing service on the room which is false. I waited ALL DAY my service day and nobody showed up. He makes excuse that this is "A Courtesy" as done for me, likely to imply that they are not OBLIGATED as AGREED to do it, just that this is some kind of favor that I CAN NOT REJECT. It made no sense.
Then he starts to ask me about the event and I said too late, since you know it all, then I'd say why talk to me now? This is over. This is not up to these people And his acting this way to accuse me says we blame you and this is motive for the punishment ongoing where they act to retaliate as such. I've done nothing wrong in their witness or outside of it.
Some kind of strange "White Powder" was coming into the room for many months, which has now stopped. They were fooled on it since I ended up in the ER of the hospital. I had wiped all things down and cleaned the residue off my things, and had all my fans and the AC off. I was out of the room in skilled nursing and the ICU for almost 3 weeks. I returned to find more residue of the white powder all over my things many of which are black.
This was making me sick on top of existing injuries I sustained in another location in CA. The white powder seems to have been done intentionally and these people are acting based on having knowledge of the installed devices to harass and assault people here. I have been in the same room in prior years dating back almost 6 years, and the same stains are on the walls, spit and other dirt has been there all along, etc.
Kitchen cabinets and elsewhere are falling apart. Kitchen faucet is rusted and caked with crapola, etc. The shower valve does not work right making it impossible to turn off, and is hard to turn. The water is scalding hot at times. The security person one day just walked into my room without knocking with claim they need to clean the AirCon unit again. This person is a freak.
Two men from Fibercare came in and bounced the heavy AC unit all over the place like it was some kind of sidewalk stone, sprayed black goop all over the wall, lamp shade, my items and bedding and then left it all a mess. Using the heat later on, which never worked for months until the prior service, proved it was dirty and it set off the smoke alarm. What was the point?
I wanted to spend time with my family which I consider blessings from God. My kids mother made reservations for us at in town suites in Burnville Mn. We went to check in and at first they gave a a small room with a single bed so they could upcharge us $44.05 to get two beds. Note the beds are beyond there usefull shelf life and must be 20 years old they hurt my back to sleep on the hidabed couch at my mothers is more comfortable. So we go to room we got charged extra 44 dollars for calling room shoddy is a compliment.But before this their manager sent us to a room that was occuppied. Very unproffessional! red cool aid stains on carpet. doors were not serviced by a contractor. Ill bet 10-1 odds their maintenace has no license i can produce better results and I have no license either. I was willing to look beyond this ghetto appeal just happy to spend time with my family.

Thankgiving Day there "maintanance" waits for us as we was arriving from grocery shopping asks My babies mother which room she was in opens door and tries to look inside but are eldest daughter was inside with are service animal and had latch closed as ordered so he wasnt able to complete his mission. That was the last straw for me so Friday I said I wanted to check out and get my remaining funds back I spend 426.18 just wanted a pro rate at this time but was told by the manager who sent us into a occppied room on the 20th that we are free to leave but no refunds are provided. Since then Ive noticed this place isnt safe we went to unplug are toaster and the whole socket pulled away from the wall we have pictures of everything Ive mentioned. We are still here we paid for a week check out is tuesday.

Went to get a room the total was $317 I did 2 transactions from 2 different cards on the 1st card I did $100 and on the 2nd one I did 217 I realized she did not process the payment on the 2nd card until later than night and charged $260 on it. Came back the following morning to see why was I charged an extra $43 she got loud and said you need to check with your bank! Its a prepaid card so I already knew she took that money out my account for her expenses! She a grimy thief and very ignorant if you go here use cash!!!! Im in the process of contacting the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BEARU) and getting her fired!
Internet constantly goes out or no internet at all. This has been happening g for last three months. And they I creased the price disputes complaint s.
Nancy began screaming to the top of her lungs she was charging me for damages. I told her this room was like this when I moved in and I do have witness to back me up. This hotel was in the process of updating and replacing the appliances and wanted to pass off room damages on me that were there in the beginning. In Town Suites are underhanded and crooked and untrustworthy.
I stayed there for almost a month and the carpet was pulled up, it was full of dust and chemicals, the Front door and Lobby was closed for weeks so I had to use a backdoor they, although it had a key lock, was never locked once , even in the middle of the night leaving you feel, and be completely insecure.
One day some crazy guy staying down the hall and was banging on my door, swearing and threatening me. I called the front desk, they said they would handle and two hours later he was right back banging on my door again. I called to complain again and they said they would address it and I should try to avoid him -- hello I was in my room. Even when I would walk down the hall to the back/side door because the front area was closed and I would pass his room where he would just stand in front of the door and brace me each time. I complained again and asked for some kind of discount and they looked at me like I was crazy and said, "we have already collected your money; we would never give any of it back." Needless to say I immediately checked out.
My husband and I have been staying at the Intown Suites on Mazyck Rd. in North Charleston, SC for 3 weeks. We were illegally ousted from our rental and had to find an extended stay property that was available on the spur of the moment. We are quiet and peaceful people. However, over the past three weeks we have endured countless issues with this hotel. I have personally utilized the internet based web complaint form on the hotel homepage, in addition to speaking with the hotel GM personally and in writing. I have made 4 phone attempts to the corporate office in Atlanta, GA and you cannot get a live person on the phone, no matter which extension that you dial. You always get voice mail, and half the extensions that have voice mail are full.
I have been trying to reach the corporate office since Friday. It is now Wednesday. I have left messages. I have sent in web complaints. I have tried to zero out to a live body. Nothing. The only people, ironically, that you can actually speak with is the reservations line. Of course, they refer you back to the guest complaint hotline that is always full via voice mail, or if you are lucky enough to get to leave one, it is never returned.
I have zeroed out to payroll, HR, etc., and it is utterly impossible to reach a human being.
So, here we sit as we are attempting to take our prior landlord to court also to try and job search from the "hotel" and here is what we get for $368.67 per week.
1) Roaches
2) An unstable and basically non functional "free wifi" connection, to the point that we had to call TMobile and add a hot spot to our account, so that we could conduct our job searches and utilize the internet with a stable connection.
3) There are no security cameras on this property, except one of course by the front office door. The property is trash ridden, drug infested, and dirty.
4) Loud, obnoxious upstairs neighbors that drag furniture across the floor all night and yell and scream. They dump dirty ashtrays and trash over the balcony into our parking spaces where we park.
5) No running water as of about an hour ago.
6)Weekly "housecleaning" consists of nothing-floors are dirtier after they mop with a black, unrinsed mop. Sheets are changed, but stained. Floors never vacuumed. Bathroom not cleaned properly.
7) Three out of the 5 washing machines do not work. Many of the dryers are out of order and missing control buttons.
Do not stay at this hotel, or any of their properties.
We have tried in good faith to reach corporate and no one cares.
We are going to have to find another extended stay and pay even more until we can get through the court situation for unlawful ouster and get back on our feet financially.
If i can give this place negative stars i would. I just got robbed of a weeks worth of stay when i requested for my money back at checkout. I was told that it is non refundable and it said it on all the recipes that i recieved......THAT WAS A F****** LIE !!!! NOTHING LIKE THAT IS STATED IN ANY OF THE PAPER WORK THAT THEY GIVE YOU INCLUDING THE ONES IN THE ROOM. Please if your gonna check into any intown suites make sure you ask for there refund policy because not even corporate can help you they will tell you that you just lost out on all of your money and they cannot help you, on top of that they do not provied with any extra toilet roll or any clean towels and at night time the first floor constantly smells like marijuana. The furniture is all beat up and its most likely that the remote control to your tv will also be missing some buttons. I repeat please ask for the refund policy or go spend your money somewhere else.
My boyfriend and I were stuck renting this dump because there were just nothing else available in Nashville on a Fri night. They took advantage of that. The pricing advertised said starting @$159.99 weekly. Of course none of those rooms were available. We were charged $389 including the deposit of $50 stated in the contract. We told them the room was not very clean and got no response. The whole place smelled terrible,the halllway's had torn carpet,severely cracked tile,trash everywhere. Not to mention the dust bunnies and roach motels!!! After having to endure the 1st night of party in the parking lot and a couple of roaches. Bedbugs too i believe.(not sure but took pics)
We attempted to get our money back beyond the one night stay. We were told no and still had nothing done!! One lady from the front desk finally came to see what I had not cleaned myself after taking pics. She agreed it was despicable.
She said she would come back in a half hour w a cleaner. Never did!!! After surviving the week w just a few bites and battles,they wouldn't give us the clearly stated in the paperwork deposit back!!! Said there was no deposit!!! I then attempted to speak to the jerk of a manager Steve Lambert. His only response was to call customer complaints dept. Who also had yet to respond!!! Don't go to any of these nasty a*s,backwoods, trifling, deplorable,inhumane, sad ,should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. Take a look@ the pics!!
Hi I am writing this report intown suites.They got my money.But did not fix anything that I reported to the manager.The refrigerator is broken.The bottom part won't get cold.I told the manager this pass .Friday when I paid him $379.00 dollars.For another week.My holiday food has spoiled.Dressing duck.And macaroni and cheese.And the phone doesn't work.No hot water in the kitchen sink.The eye on the stove doesn't work.And. roaches in the room.I should get reimbursed for my food getting spoiled.

This place is horrible they have a terrible bug problem that it takes them forever to get to he problem my first night roaches crawling behind my bed on he wall. I have an ant problem under my bed that continues to come I have bought ant spray roach spray the **** don't help. Now the big problem this place will raise your rates on you without notifying you I mean I have enough money set aside to pay the same rate I been paying. At one point I was paying 280 a week and it's been for about 2 months and then all of a sudden I had to pay 286 and I was short 4 bucks and I tried to go pay before 7pm but office was closed. So the sorry a*s management tells me they will charge me a 25 late fee for partial payment wtf u crazy a*s hell I paid what I been paying and now cause u wasn't in the office it's going to be 25 late plus the 4 dollars why and she said it would be 25 everyday it's late bish bye you crazy a*s hell You can never get a straight answer from this sorry a*s management property I've asked for corporate number they give me some s**t to a customer service number the stay is horrible I been here for four months and now I'm finally moving into my apt but it's not right for these ppl to steal money from you I shouldn't be charged nothing when your staff can't stay in he office no one needs to stay here ever this place is horrible a*s hell the staff is s**t on a stick place is nasty a*s ****

Walking in bare feet has the tiles come up and stick to your feet. This is same for kitchen and toilet and shower areas in the bathroom. The bathroom sink is loose and coming off the wall. The large screen LG TV cable was loose and falling off the wall.
This likely was done intentionally to brainwash the victims of this abuse, since they relate in that water leaks, bashing on wall and floor, devices to shake the floors, and badly placed power cords, all work together to harm people who stay here.
The fire emergency placards on the room door offer no information as to how or where to go to exit in the event of an emergency. It seems they are of no help since walking around on the upper floors where my room is, tells me they only have the elevator, I can't find any stairs to lower levels on floor 2 or 3.

The sign shows no doorway, meaning where the door and exit walkway are relative to the layout of the hotel and the room, and the sign does not depict where to walk, where the stairs or elevator are, and is more apt to confuse someone in a critical and debilitated/injured state.
It shows "No Way Out", consider the prison, death trap, marriage, etc entendre. It is in fact misleading and provides too little information beyond that. The elevator itself is fast, but the door's opening and closing is very slow, taking 10 seconds or more to open and close. Too slow.
Consider the emergency/fire issues. People in the storage areas adjacent to my room violently smash on the wall and floors, even doing so when I sleep or use the shower, at 2 or 3 am. That shakes my floors and it should not. Two wrongs or more.
The headboard has a loose piece of veneer making a sharp offering to slice a hand or other things open as one sleeps. Or not. What happens then is once you determine and locate the criminal intent with malice aforethought, the things which might be mistakes can be seen as being done wrong intentionally.
As they'd aggregate with the other aspects and concerns, which are OBVIOUSLY done wrong intentionally. The notions of benefit of the doubt NOT, and suspension of disbelief applies.

The managers and Corp Mgmt team need to be charged with every conceivable deceptive and Unethical Business Practices that the Law Allows with the Harshest Sentence Possible. The lodge in Tucson is a breeding ground for every possible germ and parasite known to man. No employee wears a mask or take precautions to prevent the spread of Covid. It is more effective for this Rat Infested, Sewer Odor Facility to be reactive then proactive. The manager is arrogant, hostile and needs to be placed in a mental asylum for her own good and the safety of other's. Stay away from this organization. A Class Action Law Suit would be the best thing that has ever happened to this Deceptive organization. Shut the doors and pay all the individuals that have been scammed from day 1. Then, go after the Corp management team and have them bring along their tooth brushes for long term at their favorite prison institution!! Let theses Pricks know what it's like to f**k Over Unsuspecting Customers that expect a Good Nite Sleep; only to find bed bugs, bed lice and dirt infested carpet with mold surrounding ones feet!!!
I ended up suffering from injuries sustained before getting to Gilbert and ended up in the ER for it. These people acted to exploit, exacerbate, and blame me for, those injuries, and they otherwise acted to predate upon me as such for them.
This is obscene. There has been a constant pattern of violent and abusive behaviour from the room beneath me. This has gone on for many months. They are repeatedly smashing some large heavy object onto the floor that shakes the floors in other rooms.
Calls to the front desk has them essentially lie about the problem seeming to prove they are complicit. I was told by the female manager for one event that calling the Police would be of no use since nothing can be done. This is of course false. This essentially says that they are doing this intentionally and that this would be done to stave off a person's want to report the crimes. Other frauds including denial of service, no trash taken or room serviced for 6 weeks or more.
Each week they lie about next week. The male Manager Daniel Mones lied to me each time asked about next week. I gave up after 6 weeks. As I sit here now, again they have not done service for 7 weeks, I only require them to take out 2 bags of trash, which they often complained about, and now a note appears with claim this is due to COVID based on CDC regulations. Nonsense.
After a period of time it becomes apparent that there is some kind of transducer device installed in the sub-floor(s) that smashes the chair you are sitting in in effect. Other sounds from car door slams, etc also cause floor to shake this way.
Earlier in the begin of my stay someone entered the room beneath me and violently smashed something onto the floor BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG and it was so loud AND for each act to smash onto the floor, say 2 per second, my chair via the floor smashed straight up into my spine as I sat above them at my PC.
This is impossible unless being done intentionally and with malice.
I sit adjacent to a load bearing wall, the floors are concrete, and next to me is a walkway leading to a lift. The frequency response is too high and it is not symmetrical, attempts by me to deflect the floor as I suspected are not able to make the floor shake much at all and not at that rate.
This says something is installed on top of the concrete floors which in effect is now a loud speaker acting to shake you up. They know and act on this. Loud car horns, door slams, exhaust notes, and yes even THUNDER claps shake the floors. Proving this is being sensed and "Amplified" via microphones. I also suspect as the sounds are beyond being mechanically transduced into the structure, they are ALSO being re-broadcast via hidden speakers.
Events related to things being done with the computer, prove they have some form of electronic intrusion ongoing, where the needless acts to shake the floor are also correlated with my machine use. Likely done based on their espionage of network router activity which is also illegal. Since they are doing all that wrong and have the devices there, why not eh?
These acts are also being done in the room next to me as well as below. Same problem, loud smashing sounds, there is nothing in these rooms so heavy and dense as to cause this. It is not possible AND not in keeping with credible accepted use of the rooms. The person next to me never showered ONCE for many months, I have been home bound here with bad injuries sustained elsewhere, and now as it seems here. So I know.
They are too quiet, never sneeze, cough, laugh, talk on the phone, snore, or have any credible use of that room. Never. They in effect pretend they are not there and use that tactic to startle people with their stealth and then their obnoxious violent pounding. It also seems that cameras are hidden, since some of this has to be sensed optically.
At points you go to do something, and at any point where you might be injured, or drop or spill something, the floor will jump beneath your feet. Also using the shower stepping in, out, or washing, etc someone smashes something onto the floor same for using toilet. Behaviours indicate that people "Follow" me around in my room and act/retaliate for my using the toilet, using the shower, turn the AC unit off and on, or use my kitchen. This goes on constantly.
Night attendant raised his fist to me one morning at 4am as I asked to get a plunger to clear the toilet which plugs constantly. He came charging at my back as I passed the window in the front office and raised his arm to me. The violent pounding goes on constantly every day and into the morning at 2am, 3am, 4am, etc.
Earlier in the stay no service was done on my agreed upon day, but an effort was made the next day. I was asleep and not expecting her. I said I need some time to get up, and please wait or come back in a few minutes, they just left. I in effect said please don't enter now I am not dressed, which was the right thing of course and this was not my day for service.
Later that night the female office manager Mixsty Sanchez, and the maintenance man, came pounding on my door. I was verbally abused, threatened, lied to with the claim they admit no service prior day but said no staff cleaners were present. Not true, cleaners ran back and forth all day that day and never stopped. I waited all day for them.
They then demanded to enter my room for no reason it seems to retaliate for the fact they lied and did not take out trash or clean the room which was horrid to begin with. I later had to wet clean the carpet and the water came up BLACK worse than used motor oil. The bed sheets and comforter were not clean as I walked in the door first time, the fitted sheet was malformed with one segment the width of a full, and the other the width of a queen mattress.
The top sheet was wadded up into a long line running the length of the bed, and stuffed under the comforter/cover. I found the bed frame shared the same characteristics (more vanity/brainwashing) of the fitted sheet. One wide segment and one short, and it was jammed together wrong in an effort to make it a spring trap. Likely using the floor as a trigger to set it off.
Also the fridge and the cooling coils that carry refrigerant was pushed against the wall again likely in an effort to make it fail/leak gas, by having the floor violently shake all over the place damaging the thin metal tubes.
One night I was attempting to take out many bags of trash as they did no service for over 6 weeks. The Property Attendant knocked on my door and involved another guest who started to accuse me of being abusive to him. This is false, we never met, I mentioned to the night manager that the female manager and repair person came to the room and accused me, threatened me that I'd need to leave, that this is my fault etc. He admits they are wrong, says or repeats to me the substance of the dialog, and says he has informed the Corporate Body which I now learn would be false.
He in fact knew too much of the dialog since he did not witness it, and other later acts prove he and they continued to conspire in the wrong doing. They in fact made efforts to brainwash me by sharing and moving dialog back and forth among them.
The fix it guy covers for security guy who I caught years earlier down below me smashing on walls and floors etc etc, I ran down and saw him exit the room. They swap dialog bits back and forth, say too much. The new cleaning woman gets into the act, she raised her fist to me and did same charge at my back by front office window, another female guest did same thing. These people are a carnival, a soap opera, and their own version of God does Ten Commandments and more. A circus.
This likely will open the proverbial can of worms since I'd say other injured parties had no results since the security person and others here are doing the wrongs and not reporting. They in effect acted to gaslight on the problems. Also too the involve of another guest invades my privacy and is another crime designed to blame me for their want to now offer this as being "Punitive" and "Justice".
The other guest starts to ask me questions after HE accused me of refusing service on the room which is false. I waited ALL DAY my service day and nobody showed up. He makes excuse that this is "A Courtesy" as done for me, likely to imply that they are not OBLIGATED as AGREED to do it, just that this is some kind of favor that I CAN NOT REJECT. It made no sense.
Then he starts to ask me about the event and I said too late, since you know it all, then I'd say why talk to me now? This is over. This is not up to these people And his acting this way to accuse me says we blame you and this is motive for the punishment ongoing where they act to retaliate as such. I've done nothing wrong in their witness or outside of it.
Some kind of strange "White Powder" was coming into the room for many months, which has now stopped. They were fooled on it since I ended up in the ER of the hospital. I had wiped all things down and cleaned the residue off my things, and had all my fans and the AC off. I was out of the room in skilled nursing and the ICU for almost 3 weeks. I returned to find more residue of the white powder all over my things many of which are black.
This was making me sick on top of existing injuries I sustained in another location in CA. The white powder seems to have been done intentionally and these people are acting based on having knowledge of the installed devices to harass and assault people here. I have been in the same room in prior years dating back almost 6 years, and the same stains are on the walls, spit and other dirt has been there all along, etc.
Kitchen cabinets and elsewhere are falling apart. Kitchen faucet is rusted and caked with crapola, etc. The shower valve does not work right making it impossible to turn off, and is hard to turn. The water is scalding hot at times. The security person one day just walked into my room without knocking with claim they need to clean the AirCon unit again. This person is a freak.
Two men from Fibercare came in and bounced the heavy AC unit all over the place like it was some kind of sidewalk stone, sprayed black goop all over the wall, lamp shade, my items and bedding and then left it all a mess. Using the heat later on, which never worked for months until the prior service, proved it was dirty and it set off the smoke alarm. What was the point?
I wanted to spend time with my family which I consider blessings from God. My kids mother made reservations for us at in town suites in Burnville Mn. We went to check in and at first they gave a a small room with a single bed so they could upcharge us $44.05 to get two beds. Note the beds are beyond there usefull shelf life and must be 20 years old they hurt my back to sleep on the hidabed couch at my mothers is more comfortable. So we go to room we got charged extra 44 dollars for calling room shoddy is a compliment.But before this their manager sent us to a room that was occuppied. Very unproffessional! red cool aid stains on carpet. doors were not serviced by a contractor. Ill bet 10-1 odds their maintenace has no license i can produce better results and I have no license either. I was willing to look beyond this ghetto appeal just happy to spend time with my family.
We checked in on 11/20/2018. Thankgiving Day there "maintanance" waits for us as we was arriving from grocery shopping asks My babies mother which room she was in opens door and tries to look inside but are eldest daughter was inside with are service animal and had latch closed as ordered so he wasnt able to complete his mission. That was the last straw for me so Friday I said I wanted to check out and get my remaining funds back I spend 426.18 just wanted a pro rate at this time but was told by the manager who sent us into a occppied room on the 20th that we are free to leave but no refunds are provided. Since then Ive noticed this place isnt safe we went to unplug are toaster and the whole socket pulled away from the wall we have pictures of everything Ive mentioned. We are still here we paid for a week check out is tuesday.

Went to get a room the total was $317 I did 2 transactions from 2 different cards on the 1st card I did $100 and on the 2nd one I did 217 I realized she did not process the payment on the 2nd card until later than night and charged $260 on it. Came back the following morning to see why was I charged an extra $43 she got loud and said you need to check with your bank! Its a prepaid card so I already knew she took that money out my account for her expenses! She a grimy thief and very ignorant if you go here use cash!!!! Im in the process of contacting the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BEARU) and getting her fired!
Internet constantly goes out or no internet at all. This has been happening g for last three months. And they I creased the price disputes complaint s.
Nancy began screaming to the top of her lungs she was charging me for damages. I told her this room was like this when I moved in and I do have witness to back me up. This hotel was in the process of updating and replacing the appliances and wanted to pass off room damages on me that were there in the beginning. In Town Suites are underhanded and crooked and untrustworthy.
I stayed there for almost a month and the carpet was pulled up, it was full of dust and chemicals, the Front door and Lobby was closed for weeks so I had to use a backdoor they, although it had a key lock, was never locked once , even in the middle of the night leaving you feel, and be completely insecure.
One day some crazy guy staying down the hall and was banging on my door, swearing and threatening me. I called the front desk, they said they would handle and two hours later he was right back banging on my door again. I called to complain again and they said they would address it and I should try to avoid him -- hello I was in my room. Even when I would walk down the hall to the back/side door because the front area was closed and I would pass his room where he would just stand in front of the door and brace me each time. I complained again and asked for some kind of discount and they looked at me like I was crazy and said, "we have already collected your money; we would never give any of it back." Needless to say I immediately checked out.
My husband and I have been staying at the Intown Suites on Mazyck Rd. in North Charleston, SC for 3 weeks. We were illegally ousted from our rental and had to find an extended stay property that was available on the spur of the moment. We are quiet and peaceful people. However, over the past three weeks we have endured countless issues with this hotel. I have personally utilized the internet based web complaint form on the hotel homepage, in addition to speaking with the hotel GM personally and in writing. I have made 4 phone attempts to the corporate office in Atlanta, GA and you cannot get a live person on the phone, no matter which extension that you dial. You always get voice mail, and half the extensions that have voice mail are full.
I have been trying to reach the corporate office since Friday. It is now Wednesday. I have left messages. I have sent in web complaints. I have tried to zero out to a live body. Nothing. The only people, ironically, that you can actually speak with is the reservations line. Of course, they refer you back to the guest complaint hotline that is always full via voice mail, or if you are lucky enough to get to leave one, it is never returned.
I have zeroed out to payroll, HR, etc., and it is utterly impossible to reach a human being.
So, here we sit as we are attempting to take our prior landlord to court also to try and job search from the "hotel" and here is what we get for $368.67 per week.
1) Roaches
2) An unstable and basically non functional "free wifi" connection, to the point that we had to call TMobile and add a hot spot to our account, so that we could conduct our job searches and utilize the internet with a stable connection.
3) There are no security cameras on this property, except one of course by the front office door. The property is trash ridden, drug infested, and dirty.
4) Loud, obnoxious upstairs neighbors that drag furniture across the floor all night and yell and scream. They dump dirty ashtrays and trash over the balcony into our parking spaces where we park.
5) No running water as of about an hour ago.
6)Weekly "housecleaning" consists of nothing-floors are dirtier after they mop with a black, unrinsed mop. Sheets are changed, but stained. Floors never vacuumed. Bathroom not cleaned properly.
7) Three out of the 5 washing machines do not work. Many of the dryers are out of order and missing control buttons.
Do not stay at this hotel, or any of their properties.
We have tried in good faith to reach corporate and no one cares.
We are going to have to find another extended stay and pay even more until we can get through the court situation for unlawful ouster and get back on our feet financially.
Consumers Beware. This place is horrible.
If i can give this place negative stars i would. I just got robbed of a weeks worth of stay when i requested for my money back at checkout. I was told that it is non refundable and it said it on all the recipes that i recieved......THAT WAS A F****** LIE !!!! NOTHING LIKE THAT IS STATED IN ANY OF THE PAPER WORK THAT THEY GIVE YOU INCLUDING THE ONES IN THE ROOM. Please if your gonna check into any intown suites make sure you ask for there refund policy because not even corporate can help you they will tell you that you just lost out on all of your money and they cannot help you, on top of that they do not provied with any extra toilet roll or any clean towels and at night time the first floor constantly smells like marijuana. The furniture is all beat up and its most likely that the remote control to your tv will also be missing some buttons. I repeat please ask for the refund policy or go spend your money somewhere else.
My boyfriend and I were stuck renting this dump because there were just nothing else available in Nashville on a Fri night. They took advantage of that. The pricing advertised said starting @$159.99 weekly. Of course none of those rooms were available. We were charged $389 including the deposit of $50 stated in the contract. We told them the room was not very clean and got no response. The whole place smelled terrible,the halllway's had torn carpet,severely cracked tile,trash everywhere. Not to mention the dust bunnies and roach motels!!! After having to endure the 1st night of party in the parking lot and a couple of roaches. Bedbugs too i believe.(not sure but took pics)
We attempted to get our money back beyond the one night stay. We were told no and still had nothing done!! One lady from the front desk finally came to see what I had not cleaned myself after taking pics. She agreed it was despicable.
She said she would come back in a half hour w a cleaner. Never did!!! After surviving the week w just a few bites and battles,they wouldn't give us the clearly stated in the paperwork deposit back!!! Said there was no deposit!!! I then attempted to speak to the jerk of a manager Steve Lambert. His only response was to call customer complaints dept. Who also had yet to respond!!! Don't go to any of these nasty a*s,backwoods, trifling, deplorable,inhumane, sad ,should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. Take a look@ the pics!!
Hi I am writing this report intown suites.They got my money.But did not fix anything that I reported to the manager.The refrigerator is broken.The bottom part won't get cold.I told the manager this pass .Friday when I paid him $379.00 dollars.For another week.My holiday food has spoiled.Dressing duck.And macaroni and cheese.And the phone doesn't work.No hot water in the kitchen sink.The eye on the stove doesn't work.And. roaches in the room.I should get reimbursed for my food getting spoiled.
I have been staying at the sun suites extended stay in smyrna ga now known as Intown suites. This place is horrible they have a terrible bug problem that it takes them forever to get to he problem my first night roaches crawling behind my bed on he wall. I have an ant problem under my bed that continues to come I have bought ant spray roach spray the **** don't help. Now the big problem this place will raise your rates on you without notifying you I mean I have enough money set aside to pay the same rate I been paying. At one point I was paying 280 a week and it's been for about 2 months and then all of a sudden I had to pay 286 and I was short 4 bucks and I tried to go pay before 7pm but office was closed. So the sorry a*s management tells me they will charge me a 25 late fee for partial payment wtf u crazy a*s hell I paid what I been paying and now cause u wasn't in the office it's going to be 25 late plus the 4 dollars why and she said it would be 25 everyday it's late bish bye you crazy a*s hell You can never get a straight answer from this sorry a*s management property I've asked for corporate number they give me some s**t to a customer service number the stay is horrible I been here for four months and now I'm finally moving into my apt but it's not right for these ppl to steal money from you I shouldn't be charged nothing when your staff can't stay in he office no one needs to stay here ever this place is horrible a*s hell the staff is s**t on a stick place is nasty a*s ****
