We called Intervention America and requested removal, but customer service representatives hung up on us repeatedly. We requested their mailing address so we could mail them a formal request but they refused to provide that info. One representative claimed the Marketing Director would call us back, but refused to provide that person's name. Another agent assured us that the listing would be removed but failed to ask which listing we were calling about and hung up on us when we challenged her about that.
