After paying the invoice it has been days and account still has not been updated to reflect payment. Not sure if it is fraud or incompetence at this point. If it doesn't update today I will report it as service not rendered to my card issuer to receive my money back.
Details:
I decided to buy the lifetime storage while they were having a temporary deal. I tried paying with Visa (2 different card issuers) and it was declined. The code returned to Internxt on the first card issuer was "insufficient funds". (falsely). The code on the second card issuer was "do not honor." Both credit card companies suspected fraud. I was sent alerts from both. I verified it was me but when I tried again as they told me to, it was declined again. Because of this, one of the cards was put on restricted status. (I have another complaint about this).
I determined it wasn't Internxt fault the cards were declined. Internxt was not very responsive or helpful! However, they did send me an invoice with additional options for payment. I was not familiar with any of them. I decided to try again with mastercard on apple pay. This went through fine. I waited a couple days to see my account reflect payment but it didn't. When I wrote them I told them I paid the invoice with mastercard on Apple pay. They responded with another old screen shot from one of the earlier attempts, saying there seems to be a problem with my payment. This proves they did not take the time to read my inquiry. The screen shot they sent back clearly shows it was Visa that was declined not Mastercard. I sent them the receipt showing payment twice and they did not respond in any way. My account still doesn't reflect the payment that went through successfully.
I wrote them again and they responded with the following rude response

Hello,
There's nothing else we can do, we use a standardized payment processor, stripe, hence we don't have any control over this. We can offer you to pay in crypto if you want. But otherwise there's nothing we can do
Again they didn't even try to look at the receipt that I attached multiple times.
Whether or not the company is trustworthy I don't know, but their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE and I am regretting my decision to trust them.
