Sept, 2016 was contacted by Tom Burke about a business venture he called it Vehltor Village. This was a car, RV consignment business. He had big plans, and told me i could work and he would also furnish housing for me. Was also asked to give him a loan for $25,000. He sent me the paperwork, i sent him a cashier check for $25,000. He said he was a army veteran, and a cancer survivor. He got my a room on site where the consignment lot was. Turned out the guy living in the trailer with me was a heroin addict, and was caught with a needle in his arm passed out in Walmart parking lot. He went to jail and had been a addict for 5 years. This was a good friend of Tom Burke. After 4 months of fixing and getting lot ready to open . Tom Burke decided to move lot to Ocala. I have not been paid for any of my time and work , was told i would make $100,000 my first year. I also was asked to loan Tom Burke another $5000. I did that, but asked Tom Burke to sign loan agreement . he refused. Tom Burke said his accountant John Driscoll had the paperwork. Never saw that. I worked for Tom Burke never got paid 14 months and never got any payback on the $30,000 i loaned him
