We attended a Sales presentation in Pigeon Forge, TN. for the service of International Travel Solutions in May of 2013. The Salesman from Superior Travel was Brandon Hardy and he had a special salesman guest who was Tomas and he was from Vacations Services of America in Branson, Mo. They told us about the ITS serrvice and then they asked us if we had used our timeshare with Wyndham in 2013. We told them that yes we had used our timeshare 2 times and they said it would be OK that Sumday Vacations Title Company would work with us about that. So we gave them a check #6490 for $2245.00 and a credit card payment of $1250.00 and we were told to send a closing cost/transfer fee of $389.00 to the Sumday Vacations Title company. So we sent the check to the Sumday Vacations and they told us what paperrwork they needed and we faxed them those paperr work and we would continue to call the Sumday Vacations and I believe the gentlemans name was Brent. Finally, after he got all his paperwork he returned my check and the paperwork and told me he could not do anything for me and try to contact him again in 2015 when my timeshare was clear and not used. Over the next few months we would contact Sumday Vacations and they told us they had no telephone numbers for Superior Travel and even though the iniatial paperwork stationary had their name on it that they were not the company wee needed to get ahold of and we whould contact Superior Travel. So we started calling the number 865-429-7826 and 865-429-7792 and we would not get a dial tone. Months pass by and out of curiosty we inquired about the ITS service and they dquoted a price for usage. We thought how could this be legit since we have never finished the transfer and our money sent back to us from Sumday. By the way we stopped payment to ITS for it's bi-yearly charge x2 because we weerre under the impression the deal has not gone through and at this point we did not want to continue to do business with thesee companies. What kind of company is it that you can't get someone to answer the phone. So in the Jan 2015 we starteed trying to call again. We reached a Mr. Dominic at Interrnational Travel and he called me and said he tried to call the Superior Travel and got somone to answer the phone and then while talking to him on the landline I said let me try calling that same number with my cell and then he told me why don't you try this number and he gave me a total different number. So the contacts started and I filed a compalint with BBB in Florida and TN. Mr. Tom Wood from ITS said he could not help me since Superior Travel had taken my money and that he suggested I contact them. Ms. Jackie Mitchell. We talked and exchanged letters and she said the sale of the ITS had nothing to do with the exchange of the Wyndham timeshare. WHAT? That was the original thing we wanted to do was trade off the timeshare and that was what Sumday Vacations not completing the deal with us. So the blame game started and the bait and switch process was going on. We werre baited by the presentation of Superior Travel and there employees and then the switch is no one taking responsibility of ownereship. WE JUST WANT A REFUND! Customer service has been horrible and vague. We don't want the International Travel Solutions program and we decided to keep our timeshare. Wydham has so much better customer service than this arrangement with ITS and Superior Travel. We paid a total of $ 3495.00 and request a reffund.
