On March 14, 2017 I was contacted by Alex from this company. Alex told me, if I would sign up for their program on a trial basis for 15 days. I could cancel during the 15 days, and I would be charged only $1.95 and not receive any monthly charges. For taking the trial I would get a gift card for $100. The WAL*MART gift card could use as I wanted at WAL*MART. After I canceled the order I received a note from GC Promotions asking which card I preferred? I asked for WAL*MART and received the registration form a few days later. When I received the $100 Gift rebate registration Form the Terms & Conditions were attached. and on the back. The (2) item said , I must be 18 and send a copy of Valid Drivers License, it did not state that at any certain age I would not be required to send a copy of my drivers license. I may be seventy four but this is an invasion of my rights This is worth a lot more than the $100 Gift Rebate card that is next to worthless.
The International Rebates, LLC would then issued .the Gift Rebate Card When I receive the Gift Rebate Card, according to the Terms and Conditions it will be worthless to me and a lot of people. It also states that when you must send them original receipts and include a self addressed return envelope. Also if you don't do every thing correctly the first few times, they will cancel your Gift Rebate card. In order to receive the rebate, I would need to spend over $100 plus tax at one time each month. Then when I submitted the original sales slip, I would need to charge the purchase on my credit card. I never spend $100 at one time at WAL*MART. I also will not charge a WAL*MART purchase on my Credit Card. In fact no won should have the right to tell you that you must charge these purchases to your credit card. Everyone does not use credit cards. I think most older people and a lot of other people would have a lot of problems understanding the Terms & Conditions. I wish someone would start a large class action on this company. All the problems this gift rebate could cost people, a lot of money and could ruin some peoples credit.
Was contacted to order magazines in exchange I would receive a free $100 gift card and never got it. this place is a rip-off and needs to be shot and shut down
