Scam. They falsely advertised their services under a4v. Then all of a sudden their services were credit repair after I purchased, $400 to help remove my student loans. I purchased it because he advertised on YouTube that he does a4v (accepted for value) as his method to get student loans off your report. As soon as I received the "packet" which was just copies of papers in a zip file, I immediately asked for a refund after talking with him on the phone about how savvy I was, and how I was different from other clients and knew alot. He also claimed this info was patented. It look like he stole it from someone else, because the pages were jpegs and now word or pdf documents that most company allow to be edited or copied and pasted. After threatening him with a lawsuit is when he agree to give a partial refund right away. I have all my text to prove it. I to date have not receive a refund.
My bank told me they way my payment was processed was if his company had access to my bank account and wrote a check to his company. When I followed up 2 weeks ago about a refund, he then blamed it on his "accountant" and she would be sending out a payment on the first. He does not honor his no question asked guarantee and was only going to give me a partial refund. The reps names were Benjamin and this guy in the video (may be the same person) will take your money.
