One of the most horrible experiences we have ever encountered concerning a contractor. First off, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional with their verbal assaults and attacks on my family. Secondly, the price gouging was extreme, as this company knew the situation my family was due to another contractor walking off the job (he was unlicensed) different nightmare all together, they jacked up the price and took over 2 times the length of time to finish. Do not hire this company, you will be sorry that you did.
They cut corners and the workmanship was sub-par at best, they left our house unsafe by saving a few dollars and putting the wrong hinges on our exterior door, they tried to salvage plaster when we paid for a complete tear out and renovation. We had to hire a reputable contractor to fix all of the mistakes and errors by Interiors Unlimited which the contractor noted in a letter that we can share. We had just moved to the beach and were unaware of the bad reputation of this company, if your read Y3LP you will see others that were hurt by this company as well. Buyer beware!

Do not hire this company, you will be sorry that you did. We are currently filing a lawsuit against them for shoddy workmanship. They cut corners and the workmanship was sub-par at best. We will now have to hire another contractor to fix all of the mistakes and errors performed by Interiors Unlimited.

Lastly, they said that I held back money, I never held back any money, I simply would not make the final payment before the job was completed, PER THEIR CONTRACT.
I had issues with my shower floor, I supplied the tile but that was/is not the issue as they are trying to state. Experts have confirmed that it is the flooring under the tile that they installed that is the issue. We can submit the expert report to supports this. Not to mention, Interiors never once came back to inspect the flooring, yet they make claims this it was the tile that I purchased.
Riddle me this, why when we soak the floor is it all uniform, then when the flooring dries its patchy all around! That's because the flooring the tile was install on top of was installed incorrectly, doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that its Interiors Unlimited install error. It should be noted the daughter Ruby made derogatory comments and attacked me when I was pointing out items they were charging me for, that they did not do.
If you look at their google rating, she gave her own company a 5star rating, unethical all the way around. Some of the many reasons NOT to hire this company. Buyer beware!
