We connected with Janis Dean through Thumbtack, a service that has been reliable for us in the past. Started off great, liked her design ideas and budget recommendations. She is a master scam artist. Aside from paint and wallpaper services, every item that was provided (and most have not been) was damaged or flawed. She continuously missed delivery deadlines. We are now without any of the furniture or decor pieces we selected and paid a deposit for. I am quite confident we will never see them, nor the remainder of our deposit.
