This company saw my daughter and I in the mall and said she would make it far in the modeling/TV industry. When we went to the office, she had one photo shoot. They guaranteed her a contract. I paid $1600, and never heard from the company.
I use to work at InterFACE and left that company on a bad note. My bad experience started with Rosalyn, who everyone called Roz. She was the Regional Vice President and was in charge of managing the MD office. She was not widely liked by the staff and was too inexperienced in my opinion to manage so many people. She provided no sense of leadership or guidance and only knew how to give orders which reflected on the business. The company was a scam and customers were mistreated with slow feedback and an almost non-existent customer care service. Customers were angry because they were not recieving refunds and all the employees were quitting because they werent getting paid.
In addition, there seemed to be a lot of tension in the office and I believe a large part of that had to do with Roz talking bad about the other employees. She would call the staff "air-heads" among other things which is extremely unprofessional and immature, but what can you expect from a 24 year old expected to manage an entire office with 20 people. Employees were paid late and many had not been paid for months before the company shutdown. At the end, our clients werent the only ones getting scammed, so were we. Overall I was left with a bad experience, not because I wasnt paid but because of the mistreatment from my superiors.
I took my daughter to interface in Framingham ma and 2,500 dollars later all we got was a few pictures that took hours before we could leave Then after the first set of pictures we had to wait a long time and they did nothing to make us comfortable like offer a drink or anything every person was very stressed out Then after all that is done you have to pay for you to get your pictures off there site and besides not getting any jobs I had to go over there many times for different things and got no place I will never give those people a second thought I would love my money back
Interface totally scanned me out of countless dollars pain and suffering. After signing both of my daughters up with them, they did nothing else. They didn't run my girls profile like I paid for, always claiming tech problems. I am totally disgusted with the way they robbed us.
We visited interface talent with our 11month old son on Sep 4th 2013. We were offered an appointment 1 week later. I came home and read all the issues this company had with other folks. So immediately according to their policy returned a signed registered mail requesting a refund. Their policy was to send a written registered mail in 3 days. We did it the next day. I still have the receipt copy. We had called them numerous times in 2014 and everytime a new representative would answer and give us a different story. They confirmed they had received our registered mail requesting a refund. They even gave us a check number and said we will get in a month. Nothing as of August 2015. I am the only person earning in my family and follow rules and am go fearing. $600 is a huge amount for us who live on a single paycheck. Please if you can help us get our money back it would be really helpful. The owner deserves to be punished for cheating people like us.
We go tired of calling and stopped. We never moved so there is no chance they mailed the check else where. They said they have outsourced the financing work to some other firm but we never heard from anyone. Please help. And for god sake avoid them forever.
