I ordered $90 worth of clothing on April 15th, 2020. I received no confirmation email and I thought that was out of the ordinary. 2 weeks later I emailed THEM and received only an auto-response email that basically said "sorry but shipping is taking longer than expected, yada yada"...ok, fine. More weeks passed and no contact. They sent me a 'tracking number' and I looked it up...it's not an official tracking number, in fact it made no sense! The site itself was unusual. I emailed them about it, i received the same auto response email. Emailed them again, gave them my phone number....the same auto response email, over and over and over. THere's no phone number to contact them, no address, nothing but the same "[email protected]" address and you get no customer service, just the same auto response. I've since asked them for a refund (it's been 2 months and still no clothing) THey said "no refund, your order was shipped"....It as supposedly shipped May 4th!!! This is June 11th! I've since demanded my money back, what do i get? The same auto response email. I tried commenting on their FB page....they deleted it and BLOCKED ME! I was commenting to another angry customer who posted on their page about not receiving their order, I wasn't even commenting to THEM, and they blocked me! THere is NO real customer service, I have no order and no refund!! Last week I ordered the same clothes from a different company and they were already shipped out with real contact and real customer service. I have also reported them to the FTC.
