I purchased some dogs from a breeding company in El Paso Texas. I asked for the pets to be shipped using either ground shipping or Southwest airlines where it would require $562 for a person to travel with the dogs and $95 for the crate with the 2 dogs. Since Southwest flights were limited the breeder shopped around and landed upon Inter-continential Transport. The fee we were told to pay was $350 to ship the pets and that they would be be here on the 21st with a 10:30 am departure . No one answered the phone after over 40 phone calls and 3 voice mails and 3 emails. I finally got a call back saying the weather was too bad to take off and they were waiting. This was at 1pm. I looked at the dopplar radar and
there was no weather over El Paso. They never took off that day. The next day After more phone calls with no response. I was finally contacted and told I needed to pay $600 for a permit the pets to be brought into the state.
I asked who I needed to call to pay with credit card and they would only accept Western Union or Money eygram So I paid the $600 and then the company went dark again. An estimated shipping date of the 22nd was on the website and I contacted them over and over to find a time that my dogs would be delivered. I left a message threatening to report them to the authorties​ and the FAA and BBB as well as the USPS for Mail Fraud. And Grand Theft for witholding my property. I was told by the
breeder that they were told that the dogs had arrived in my area at 6pm on the 22nd. They finally started texting me and saying that I needed to pay a $2,500 "refundable" deposit for an electronic crate. I since it was refundable then could they use my credit card as a hold for the deposit which they once again refused and said if I didn't pay Western Union then my dogs would be put in a 6 week quarantine. They then informed me that the dogs were in Kentucky and as soon as I paid them cash or wire transfer, then I would have my dogs in 3 hours. Through this company and its affiliated companies and representatives I have lost around $24,000 in fees, dog purchase, fake affiliated companies vet checks, vaccinations,
shipping insurances, crates, permits, licenses and other various fees. I offered credit card purchases for everything that was needed so that I had protection because of being burned by the affiliate companies and individuals. But they refused. I asked for paperwork saying that the funds were to be refunded but again they refused.. saying that I needed to pay first then they will send the guarantee later. I have filed police reports, BBB reports, USPS fraud reports and an ic3 report with the FBI. Cancelled my debit cards and credit cards, filed charges today for grand theft, wire fraud, mail fraud, and fraud. There will also be reports about the other affiliated companies. I just had to start with this one and link the others. Other
