Unbelievable! We spent several thousand dollars and have tried to use our service contract two times now. Today, the charges are $1928 and they told me that NONE of it is covered!
The automobile company spoke with the adjustor and he said nothing was covered.

DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT purchase an additional contract with Integrity or Royal, because nothing is covered.
"Go to page 5, G. Rust or corrosion is not covered." Well, a vehicle that is several years old will have rust underneath the vehicle.
Our company refused to facilitate the high pressure tactics and fraud presented to customers purchasing car warranties/service contracts through Integrity Protection Group. When confronted about their fraudulent practices, FCC, FTC & VPA violations.
The owner "Owen" Ali Hussein stated, "my reps are doing anything necessary to get deals on the books and you will back them or else". We chose the "or else". Then, in order to get out of paying their final invoice, the owner, made false accusations and blatant lies to and about our company, employees, customers and other industry professionals. The current past due balance is $29,877.
The address they list is a P.O. Box because they don't want angry customers to be able to come to their office. They do operate under various names - Buyers Beware!
I encourage everyone they've scammed to file complaints with all agencies, the attorney general in your state and California (there headquarter's location).
