I was trying to connect the manufacturer of my printer to help me install it i googled there site and when i went to contact them i got this companty In technology they said they would help me and then they said it would cost $200 for a 1 yr service program they set up a calling card on my computer and set up the printer but when i tried to use the calling card to contact them to solve another problem the calling card was inactive and i have been unable to contact them because the anti virus program they installed has been deactivated
