if you are taking a short term insurance and it ended , make sure you cancell your AUIC membership. they keep charging until you do and it is not reversible .

I anticipate having to take legal action against this group to recover a substantial amount of money that was fraudulently withdrawn for months after the plan was cancelled.
Insurancetpa.com -- also known as Core Health -- is useless as far as health insurance. None of my doctors would consider filing with this insurance. I do realize it is not major medical and just an indeminity plan.
When one goes online to their network ( they use "Multiplan" ) to see if my doctors are listed, one of my doctors owas on their list. However in speaking with that doctor's office, they never heard of the insurance.
I called insurancetpa.com to stop the electronic draft of my monthly payment, preferring to pay online myself. Someone on their end was inept and did not discontinue the draft. So 2 weeks later , they sitll drafted the monthly premium from my checking account.
I was quite upset and between that issue and my doctors not participating in this plan, I cancelled them. However, they refuse to refund the last amount taken from my checking account ! When I called about it, the woman on the phone was rude, inconsiderate and was practically yelling at me.
I was so upset and did end up raising my voice as well and eventually hung up on her. I am not this kind of person but when a wrong is done to you and it cannot be made right and you are treated so rudely, what can you do ??
This company is awful -- do not do business with them !!

Sounds like I am one of many who has been scammed by this company. I cancelled the insurance months ago and was told it was cancelled only to learn they have been charging me all along. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
My credit card was charge on 11/6/17 for health insurance for December. I cancelled the insurance on 11/13/17 and asked them to debit my credit card for the $323.27 they had charged me for December 2017 premium. On November 27, I checked my credit card and they had not debited my credit card so I ccalled them. They told me they could not reverse the charge because they had all ready charged it. So I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. But to tell me I had informed them to late to reverse the charge when the premium had been credited all ready on Nov 6th. I would have had to tell them before the 6th that I was cancelling the plolicy by the 4th at the latest because those files and set up and sent at least 2 days prior to posting.
