Unorganized and unhelpful staff
Poorly organized company. Most phone lines and email address indicated on website are not valid anymore. Once you do get through to someone, calls are pawned off on to others. Then, no one can answer a simple question such as, what is a passing score for the CHMM exam?!
Website navigation is horrible, my application was "lost" in system first time around.
IHMM states on their site that you will receive a certificate within 6 weeks of fulfilling their requirements, however this is not the case. I have been waiting a very long time for my certification and each time I follow-up with IHMM they request the same information that I have already provided them. Today I got a call stating that they see that I uploaded my college transcript but they have no way of opening the pdf file do to an issue with their "system." Now I am faced with having to go back to my college and pay for another copy of my transcript.
They also have stated on two separate occasions that my certificate will be mailed out, however I am still without my credential. Apparently they have laid an employee off in the middle of all this mess which has added to the confusion.
After months of preparing for the examination, and providing IHMM with all the requested information I am still without my credential. There are several other organizations that provide an equivalent credential; I strongly suggest that any professional seeking this certification investigate other opportunities.
I am very disappointed in IHMM's performance; an organization such as this should honor what is advertised on their website and be more responsive to their customers.
