After spending 319.00 the company sent me my impression material. I sent it back. They claim they were not good enough. Then I went to my dentist to have him do it for me, sent them back & they sent an email saying THOSE were not good enough. They told me to call them- the phone # keeps ringing and ringing. SCAM. I filed a dispite through my credit card. Such a shame

I requested to cancel minutes after I ordered and the deception began with a cancellation ticket number that was never followed up on and have gotten the run around ever since. They say your order is cancelled when it is not and state it takes 30 days to receive approval for cancellation so they can push it through the next payment cycle and then deception continues. They remove your money in seconds and stall endlessly in returning it even if you cancel the order Minutes After Placing It.

Do not take my word for it only, Google this company’s bad reviews and see for yourself.

A good company has good customer service this company has NO customer service. The sales dept. will answer the phone, but customer service will not, you get a pre-recorded answer to go to online chat. Customer care chat has No power to resolve any issues and all questions are met with repetitive canned answers. They tell you a manager will review your order in 30 days.

This company is in the UK not USA. They have a small satellite office in Chicago and you cannot be serviced there. When you email escalations the response is it takes 48 business hours to respond not (48 hours) WTH? 48 business hours is going into 2 weeks, that reveals they have way more negative issues than they want the public to believe.

The more people who file complaints with their State Dept of Consumer Affairs as well as lodging a complaint with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Protection Division the better. Some law firm should start a class action lawsuit i'm sure there are plenty of victims. Inform your bank about the situation and steps they can take to help you with this dishonest company. Call a lawyer for help and advice if you have to. Do not give up fighting for your money that is what they want you to do.

You see the paid testimonials, but they delete all negative comments on YouTube and Facebook.

They have pages & pages of terms and conditions with with No Buyer Protection. I do not believe they are in the business of making quality veneers but in the business of making people think they do so they can get in your bank account.

Yes i have posted this review on other sites as i want everyone to know what a pain in the A$$ you will have if you deal with them. They are the most suspicious, shady and dishonest company i have ever dealt with.

If i ever get my refund or if i experience more lies and issues i will come back here and follow up.

I went through the process of ordering the instasmile Veneers and received the kit to make the impressions at home using their putty and video. Their is no customer service support to assist. I took the photos and both top and bottom impressions were rejected. I attempted it a second time and the top was accepted by the bottom rejected. They asked for better photos including of my teeth I side my mouth. They were accepted and I was asked to send them in priority mail.

A week went by and I heard nothing so I followed up by email and text, there is no one available by phone. Later that day I was informed by email that the impressions were rejected and I would have to start all over again! When I said "no" and asked for a refund they told me that 14 days had passed and the "cooling off" period is over, so no refund. I realize now it was a scam! Do not do business with these crooks!

Worst company ever

Ordered a kit for upper and lowers. Tried to do the video consult , call never answered , when answered it would drop , no return call as agreed. So made my own impressions , first denied , made second , denied , I called and asked why? Told there were teeth that didn’t get impressions , yes I had already said that on the screening tool , don’t you read? Then they said oh ok then they pass send them in. Sent them in and denied. Chatted to find out why and got , oh minimal gum line , again I said that in screening tool, then oh some teeth have no impression, correct there aren’t teeth there , then it was you didn’t video chat , pay us $175 for another kit . Why? If I’m not a candidate then refund my money. Straight up scam company. My dentist even said the impressions were good ... awful awful company that should be sued for fraud.

Horse teeth

I sent pictures and they accepted them saying they could make the veneers. I ordered the straights. They seemed like a good idea because 2 of my eye teeth are protruding. They came back looking like a glob of gum and horse teeth. THEY DONT CARE. They said they made them as required. What the hell? Should I have ordered the natural? They are the experts.. They accepted the impressions. Loss of money. Loss of dignity, my friends laughed at the piece of crap in my mouth. I called, emailed, chatted- they are absolutely no help.

I paid for top and bottom clip on veneers for $490. I completed several impressions and every single one was rejected. I used their coaching service and still was not approved. I have received no product, and they have kept every dollar of my money.

They would not provide a refund or any relief besides continuing to complete impressions...for the rest of my life, I guess. I am open to speaking with anyone else that this company has ripped off. It is unfair and they should not continue to get away with it.

I read a few reviews and it seemed they were mixed so I was hoping I could be on the top of the reviews and not on the bottom with lots of issues.

When I ordered this, they put it in INCREDIBLY small/non-existent print that you have 14 days to cancel during a cool off period. So, within the first 14 days I received the kit to do the impressions. I studied the video and read all the info and used a professional timer to do everything exactly the way they instructed. They also tell you do a test of your upper and lower so I did the tests as well.

So after the tests and then doing the permanent one, my impression did not pass their inspection. So, after finding that out with several days going by, you then have to pay for a second kit. Interesting they have you make sure you use all your first one (so they can charge you for a second one it seems).

I refused to pay for it as I followed instructions and it didn't work. So after several days of them NOT contacting me back or returning my call, I went to Facebook and complained. After a few days there they sent another kit. Well guess what, I tried working with one of their staff members to get me through it, reviewed all the videos and instructions again and it still wasn't acceptable. So now they won't refund because the 14 day cool off period passed. How about the fact you have my $500 and I can't get a passable impression and won't be getting the product?

How is it okay you have $500 of my dollars and I have nothing to show for it?

Please don't use this company

If I can save one person from investing in this farce of a company it will be worth it; a woman's appearance when it comes to her smile, is a big factor on her self-confidence. I spent my tax refund to get a set of 'teeth' that made me look like a horse, then when I tried to get help, I was turned away.

They got the last word, as well as my money. I was devastated and cried for a week. I will be going on Youtube and posting there, as well as Amazon. It's one thing to have a horrible product, another thing completely to refuse service. Very unprofessional and I hope these crooks either up their game or get out of the business.

On March 5, 2017 I paid $653.00 to instasmile and placed an order for both upper and lower clip on veneers. I did impressions and sent back.

Several weeks go by and I get an email stating that my lower ones would not work so I did more... 3 times I did the lower impressions each time causing me anxiety but i wanted this so bad so I did it.

Again, they said no good. So I asked to put lowers on hold and do uppers for now and they said ok. 2 weeks later I get a call saying that the lab had broken my upper impression can I re do it so I did then weeks go by and nothing so I email them they say they are very busy its going to take longer.

I decide I didn't want to wait anymore so i cancelled order then all of a sudden they produce a tracking number but i never got email of shipmsnt notification and no product. Now they refuse to refund my money.

I ordered classic veneers in Sept. 2016, they kept rejecting my impressions each time for a different reason. So, after sending in, four upper and lower impressions over a two month time span I found out they only needed a bottom impression but had a good upper impression the first time. Therefore I had been buying and wasting putty trying to do an upper impression and a lower impression to the tune of 100$ plus shipping back and forth four times. When I realized this, I submitted a good final upper and lower impression to be used for my veneers. I told the female there (can't recall her name), but she's a rep there who will send you an auto reply to every email you send, which is very annoying- and on the phone she tends to have a condescending unhelpful tone, almost like she's a stepford person running on autopilot.

When I got my veneers they had clearly not used my final impression but had used the initial impression, in which I was wearing my current veneers that needed to be replaced, hence the reason I sent in an upper impression with my lower for the final time. Had anyone told me my upper was ok initially I could have saved a lot of time and money only creating a good bottom impression. I have no idea what they were doing with my upper impression I sent in each time that wasn't needed, or why they allowed me to continue doing that and buying more impression kits which cost 25$ each. I paid for four extra kits, I got my product mid December and noticed right away something wasn't right with the upper, and the lower was so thin you could see my teeth through them, which defeated the purpose of getting the lower, which was to whiten them. The upper canines didn't match, one was rounded and one was straight. I complained of course, and was told they'd see what their "smile them" could do but I needed to send photos of the defect. So, I complied marking the flaws. They replied stating they needed a photo of my "natural teeth".. well my natural teeth have veneers on them, veneers that look better than the clip ones they sent me. My natural teeth without the veneers have been modified by sanding them down so they can hold a crown or a veneer. I complied, and I got a reply that "the clip ones were an improvement to my natural teeth" and there was nothing to be done. Anything would be an improvement to a person walking around with teeth that had been prepped for veneers/crowns, but I expected the veneers to be a quality product that was symmetrical in shape, at least for the front teeth.

So, I'm out $579 plus multiple shipping charges and have zero recourse. I bought with a credit card throigh PayPal, and they are U.K. based (with a call office set up in Chicago) and they threaten legal action if you file a dispute through PayPal. I am now going to go through Brighter Image Lab which seems to carry a much. Enter product and turn around time. I do NOT recommend InstaSmile and I will be doing a YouTube video on my results.
