Instantly Vivid Reviews
Short and to the point: Instantly Vivid is a ripoff. I saw their ad on facebook and it was for a "FREE TRIAL SIZE" so i ordered the face cream and the eye cream. Being ok with the $4.95 shipping and handling i ordered them. there was nothing in the ad or when ordering stating that i would get an auto shipment and be charged almost $90 per product!
NOW i am on the phone ON HOLD almost an HOUR and i will not hang up until i speak to someone and have this cancelled and will then proceed to call my bank and MAKE SURE they are not able to debit from my account again. bad advertising and bad customer service. Bad all around. My fault for not realizing that nothing in this world is "free".
absolutely agree
THis should have zero stars! I completely agree, same thing just happened to me. I will only be getting a 75% refund, and the customer service woman had the gall to say I was being kinda rude to her. You think?? You jjust stole money from me!
I ordered instantly vivid face cream in June of 2018. They have been taking 4.95$ out of my bank account every month. I called the number and they told me they can't find my account and gave me a distill website to send a screen shot of my bank account to.which made no scene cause I ordered face cream not diet pills. The website was: [email protected] Sounds like a Big Scam to me!!
Called their customer service and was able to cancel for future products but would not do anything about past charge. Nothing was stated about anything beyond trial products. Please be aware of this rip off. Lied to me about cancellation and sent more products I do not want
I cancelled this as soon as I found out they would automatically send this to me monthly. This was cancelled 7/27/18 at 12:48 notification number 553725. I just received more cream for another total of $178.00. I called their customer support at 855-412-3144 and was told it was too late.
The order number was also the same date of 7/27/18. They claim it was one day later of 7/28. I told her I would send them my email and was told they had no way of receiving it??? I wanted to send it back and that request was also refused. I have the proof and they do not want to see it. Now I am out even more money for a product I do not want!
June 2018 I ordered a trial sample of the repair cream from Instantly Vivid. They charged my credit card for shipping only (less than $5).
I was told that by checking the terms and conditon box with the trial order, I also enrolled in their monthly shipment plan. A month later I received the unexpected shipment. I phoned and cancelled any future shipments. I also said I wanted to just return the product as it was unopened. I was told that I could not do this as it would become hazardous waste. I was offered multiple discounts even though I said I wanted a full refund for $89.87. Finally I just accepted the 50% off discount which will be credited back to my credit card. Reference Order # 502533.
When asked how the cream worked for me, I said it made my skin break out. I was then told I needed to see a physician to determine if it was an allergic reaction. They did not offer to pay the bill for this appointment. I was not going to go to the dr to do reasearch on their product. I would just discontinue use. But they still would not give me any information on a proper return policy.
I understand that I am liable for agreeing to their terms and conditions. However, I know this is the game these companies play to send out shipments.
It should be become a requirement for this type of transaction, that very specific information is sent along with the trial product stating that your first monthly shipment will be arriving within 30 days of the original order and $ X amount will be billed to the credit card you have given for your first trial order.
They did at least give a phone number to call for more information regarding your oder - customer support (855)412-3144. But this was with the 2nd shipment. This information was not supplied with the original trial sample.
At some point, a written form of the enrollment agreement needs to be sent to the customer acknowledging what it entails.
Charged me $4.90 and $4.95 for samples and less then 2 weeks later charged me 88.99 and 89.97 for the same product claiming it was a 30 day supply. When i called they would not give me my money back. after fighting i was able to get 75% of my money back. but totally unfair in my book. I searched high and low for information on their web sight before ordering samples and could not find anything about future payments.
Same as above ! No information showing it was auto ship and charged to my credit card monthly !!!!
CONSUMER BEWARE! Free Trial? Get Dupped! BAIT & YOU PAY My story for $4.95 & You Pay $375+ next 2 months! – This is My Nightmare & opinion only. INFOMERCIAL prompted, so I went on line to order. BIG MISTAKE! 6/4/2018 Online sign up for "free" trial sample. Shipping charge $4.95. OK.. . .BUT WAIT! (PLZ Review your credit card bills!) Discovered 3 separate charges & nearly $400 charges, NOT knowingly AUTHORIZED. 6-4-2018: $4.90 SHIPPING 6-4-2018: $4.95 SHIPPING Could have been shipped together! 6-4-2018: "$2.40 REWARDS PROGRAM. NEVER wanted or intentionally signed up for. (SMALL PRINT) 6-18-2018: $89.87 6-19-2018 $88.99 7-4-2018: $4.95 7-5-2018: $89:87 7-6-2018 $88.99 Called 855-412-3144 & was Lectured that I did not read 'agreement’. Cust. Svc Reps Jolly-Florida Call Center, Supervisor Jeff (Alabama) and then Teresa (North Carolina) said they would refund 100% of charges. BUT. . .THEY REQUIRE. . .CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CALL THEM to verify my account for refund. *
I bought the creams where I read that was a trial and paid more than $12.00 for regular shipping. I received the two creams: tried them and decided that I didn’t not like them and didn’t see anything beneficial change as advertised so I called the number (855)412-3144 three day after I received them and asked to cancel the whole transaction and membership: the lady that answered told me that I was late two days after the expiration of my trial and that I was charged the correct amount of money of the creams: $88 and $89, for each cream!! First of all I don’t like them and second, I did not see anything that stated the price of each cream, after the trial date! So this company charged me $12 for the shipping and $88 and $89 for the creams that I did not like and couldn’t refund my money!!! I never, ever heard of any company to not refund the money to a customer when the merchandise bought wasn’t what expected to be. They ripped me off $189 for something I do not like and told that I couldn’t be refunded because I opened the creams and that they couldn’t sell them if sent back. They are thief and scam artist!! Hopefully someone will close this so call "business”.
Intatntly Vivid unlawfully obtained my banking information and is charging my account and will not stop.
This was a free trial offer. I paid for this offer because at the end of the offer they included the eye lotion automatically which included a $20. charge. I could not get back to the original info so I paid the $20. They had an automatic mail order. They say that it was an agreement. There was not. I called to send this mailing back and because of the area they could not accept returns. They offered me 50% off all their products and I refused. She canceled my account and if I refused the 50% offer I had to pay the $89.00 You have another complaint on this same scam which sounds like my experience.
I purchased a 'free’ sample of eye cream paying the shipping fee of $4.99 with my Visa card. Now I am receiving 2x per week shipment tanof eye cream and repair cream and my card is being charged $90 daily !!!!! Do do fall for this scheme. I have reported fraud charges to my bank. Impossible to cancel, I have called the number to cancel and nothing changes.
Buyer Beware! Instantly Vivid is a total rip-off. I ordered a trial of the company’s facial and eye lid cream on 3-2-18. I was not aware of their terms stating that they will put me on automatic shipment 2 weeks after they sent the trial. Cannot find their terms anywhere.
The creams do not remove wrinkles. After receiving one more facial and one more eye lid cream, they charged my credit card for four creams; it included the 2 trials for which I was supposed to only pay shipping. Total Charge $357.72
We called the company several times. It takes up to 30 minutes before someone picks up. Presume a lot of people are calling them with complaints. They state that they do not take products back nor do they offer a money back guarantee.
My Bank was unsuccessful disputing the charges. Called the company back. They stated once the bank gets involved, they can no longer speak with me. The Banks says, “Not True - A company can always resolve issues with a client directly whether or not the bank is involved.”
Passing this information on to Instantly Vivid’s supervisor, she rudely responded “the case is closed – we will not give a credit.” Then she hung up.
This company is using deceptive practices and should be investigated.
Reporting this company for false information given to consumers via internet. Unauthorized charges to my checking account.
I read an ad from Instantly vivid about a new facial/eye cream. I filled out the info and read the agreement. The agreement stated you could try these creams for $4.95 each . If you liked the product you could contact them and they would send you more. I order and received the product. I noted on May 5th that my banking account had charges from Instantly vi in the amounts of $89.87 and $88.99. I called my bank on May 6th to report fraud on my account from this company. I then called the company and spoke with a gentleman about my being charged for the product. He stated to me that it was a 14 day trial and they put me on automatically semionthly shipments.
I stated to him that the ad did not state it was s 14 day trial anywhere. He insisted it did. I asked him if anyone had actually read the ad out there. He kept interrupting me as I did him when he kept telling me it was a trial offer. He stated they did not hear from me in 24-48 hours so I was obligated to pay for the products. I asked for a refund because I wanted to be sure they would send one in but he said they would give me 35 percent off. I refused to accept that and told him I was in the process of reporting the company to this fraud company. I then hung up. Hey called me back and still tried to state this was a trial. He then offered 75 percent. I refused and said I wanted it all back.
I let him know I had called my bank and reported the company to fraud with my bank. He knew the company would not be able to get the money from me on this fraud ad. I paid the 4.95 already on each product and do not owe them any more money. The only way I could prove what the ad said was to go back into the web site but I did not want to take a chance of another order being placed because they had my bank account number already. This was not a pleasant conversation from either side. I am very upset that ads can get by with saying one thing and doing another as it suits them. When trying to look up number to call them I saw where another lady had read the agreement in the same words I had read concerning no trial and calling them if you liked the product.
On 4/19/2018 I signed up for a free trial of their repair cream and vivid eyes. (order nos. 278105 and 278106) They deducted $4.95 and $4.90. I received only the free trial. On 4/30 they deducted $89.87 and on 5/2/2018 they deducted another $88.99 from my bank account. I never agreed to automatic shipments and nowhere on the free trial offer does it say that you will be put onto automatic shipments. Further, I only received the free trial. What are they charging me for? I tried calling their phone number and was put on hold for over one hour and no one ever came to the phone. The recording states that there is a high number of calls. This company is acting in a fraudulent manner as they are not disclosing that you will be put on automatic shipping after the free trial nor do they mention that you have a certain amount of time to cancel. I want my two payments totaling $178.86 to be returned to my bank account I do not want their products. This company has proved to me to be a scam.
After you enter your credit card for the 14 day trial, no where does it tell you that if you don't call you'll be charged $89.87 for that so called free trial. Then they continue to send you jars of repair cream monthly charging you $89.87 each time. The only thing in the box with the cream is a packing slip not an invoice telling you that you were just charged so many probably like myself think score they accidentally sent me another one.
It wasn't until I received the 3rd jar did I question it. So I call the number on the PACKING SLIP I asked them If I was continuing to be charged for these of course the answer was yes, then I said well I want to return the last two as I hadn't even opened them. I was told they don't do returns and don't have a return policy, Total BS!!!
You can then cancel any further shipments and your account which I did, however this feels like such a scam that I also cancelled my card as well just to be sure. I asked for the phone number for the parent company so I could call to complaine as they were just a call center that handles the shipments and billing, I was told that they didn't have that information, again total scammer BS!!
Instantly Vivid Bella's Radiance-
I ordered the "free trial" for $10. It took 10 days to be delivered and I did receive the product. What they didn't say was there would be a charge of $90 for each product -14 days from the date of order(not date of delivery)-not to mention, they put you on "30 day auto-reorder".
Since I ordered 2 products, my credit card was charged for the $10+$180!! When I called, the girl tried to sell me additional products! I was told all sales were final and I could not return any of the product/nor receive a refund The girl did send me an email confirming my instructions to cancel any auto refills.
I still cancelled my credit card so they can't charge my account with anything else.
This company is nothing but a Scam!!! Do not try a free sample! They will debit your checking account without your permission! They also charged my account twice! Beware of this Instantly Vivid Account.......They are out to Rip You Off! Take my word for it. They need to be reported to The BBB and shut down!!!!
I ordered a trial for 9.99 and they wound up charging me for 2 products. a total of $177.00. Then told me I could not return them. After I argued they said that they would refund half of what I paid. Not only that but the product did nothing.
I'm stating that I'm not happy with the Instantly Vivid's way of making un-authorized charges to my bank card/account. There was NO MENTION that would include the additional amounts being of $88.99, or $89.97 to be charged to my account, I was only aware of my charges to be $2.95, $4.90, and $4.95.... The representative that I spoke with eluded my questions. So, BUYER"S BEWARE, as I believe this is a SCAM.
They charged my account twice without my consent. I did pay $4.99 for a trial but didn't expect them to charge me the next month 0f $88.00 & $89.00.
I thought they would notify me of another shipping, but No they didn't!!!! I called Company couldn't understand a word from 2 people I talked to.
All they did was talking about a $100.00 Walmart gift card. I said I don't want a gift card please just put my money back in my account. She got mad because I wouldn't let her keep talking that I couldn't understand. She hung up on me .Dont know if I'm getting my money bank or not. I called my bank they are going to help me!!
Instantly Vivid has charged my credit card with three charges $2.49,$89.87, and $88.99. I have never received any items from them and is waiting for my credit card company. This company is out of Greensboro, North Carolina and they claim that this is the face serum Princess Kate Middleton uses to have a face tighten and nourished. This is the way people get interested in the product. But beware they will continue until you get your credit card company to block them.
Sent auto ship that I did not sign for, will not let me return the unopened package because - and this is a direct quote from customer service "there are NO RETURNS ON AUTOSHIP"
I sent for the trial cream was $4.95 or about that for postage only and they sent free trial cream offer. I received cream to try out. I then saw after about 14 days or more they went into my checking account Debit card and removed twice for amount of $89.95 without authorization all in and around 1st two weeks of March. I called they will not refund my money back to my Debit card at the bank. This is a scam and robbery. I changed my debit card. I am making a police report and my bank has information. I was told I probably will not get my money returned. So I am making a report to see what can be done to hold them responsible. Plus they are using Queen Elizabeths daughter in law as advertising that she is part of this company and the developing of this cream.
I saw an ad on facebook to try a free sample of VIvid Eyes and Instantly Vivid Repair Cream for only the $4.95 cost of shipping. I thought since they used Theresa Caputo as a promotional person, I would give it a try and order more if I liked it. However, I checked my credit card statement today, only to find that I was charged $89.87 on 2/6/18 and $88.99 on 2/7/18, and then charged $89.87 on 2/23/18 and $88.99 on 2/24/18! I hadn't even used all of the free sample yet. And to be honest I have bought creams from the store that work better than this stuff! I called the customer service number immediately, and was told that I signed up for a free 14 day trial, (which no where on the ad did it state that) and since I did not cancel, I was enrolled in their monthly plan. I asked to cancel and was told that they could give me 50% off the products, then I was told they would give me 75% off the products.
I insisted on cancelling (which the customer service rep did cancel), however, I was told that I could not receive a refund. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on a 20 minute hold. Then Sarah, the supervisor came on and told me exactly what the male customer service rep had told me, that I signed up for their products. I again explained to her that nowhere on the advertisement did it say that it was a 14 day trial and that I was signing my life and money away! She finally told me that she could give me 75% off the first two products I received, but that she could only give me 35% off the second set of products (which I haven't even received yet, but was told that they would be arriving tomorrow), since I hadn't cancelled within the 1 day window. I feel totally taken advantage of and don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! Complete and TOTAL SCAM!!!!
On 01/11/2018 I was charged three separate charges for the two products - $4.90; $2.49; and $4.95. These were the charges which I expected to receive for trying the "instantly vivid repair cream" and the "instantly vivid eyes". Ordering this trial package of each product (which I received) via the internet ad was all the contact that I had with that company. A shipment of one of each of these products did come to me.
Then, to my surprise, another container of each product was delivered to me, unordered, on 02/15/2018. I telephoned their number (855-412-3144) and spoke with an unidentified woman and asked why was this sent to me. I was told that it was automatically sent when I did not cancel after a certain number of days, perhaps 14. She said that had been in the ad. I do not recall seeing that and received only the shipping paper with monimal information on it, in the delivery of the trial packages of the two products.
This "representative" never told me of the markup in prices or the second charge added on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26 for the single January shipment for which I had already been billed on January 10, 11 and 12, 2018.
I told her to cancel my account; no more shipments. She made several offers, including less frequent shipments before she would agree to cancel my account.
Today I received the charge (my charge card bill): Jan. 25 INSTANTLY VIVID 36855-412-3144NC - $89.87
Jan. 26 INSTANTLY VIVID 37855-412-3144NC - $88.99
Feb. 10 INSTANTLY VIVID 31855-412-3144NC - $4.95
Feb. 11 INSTANTLY VIVID 36855-412-3144NC - $89.87
Feb. 12 INSTANTLY VIVID 37855-412-3144NC - $88.99
So INSTANTLY VIVID is billing me $362.67 for 2 unordered products in February 2018 plus additional charges on the one-time only product delivery. In January 2018, the same 2 products, which I did order one time, were billed to me for $12.34, the price advertised in the on-line ad.
I did not agree to the second shipment of products. It looks like I was charged twice for the January shipment of two products. Fraudulent billing!
I would never have agreed to the prices also charged for these products in February. I object to the unauthorized billing on my credit card. These are fraudulent business practices. I want the January 25 and 26 charges as well as the February charges cancelled. If shipping packages, including postage, are provided, I will gladly return the unordered, unauthorized products.
Ordered a "trial" offering, then a few weeks later, I received charges to my account for $89.87 & $88.99. I called the phone number listed on my trail samples, and was told because I did not return the product within 14 days of shipping, I was charged for the products, and essentially "enrolled" in an automatic purchasing program. I informed them that I don't recall those at the terms, and she replied with "those are the terms" - interestingly enough, when you go to the ordering website and click on terms & conditions OR click on private policy, it redirects you to "New Age Neo Hydrate Gold" trial offer out of Arizona, making the same exact product claims. I informed the customer service representative that this was a bad experience and to cancel any subscription, further orders, etc. She then began with all kinds of offers "50%", then "75%". I kept repeating that this was a bad experience, and insisted on canceling. I was given a cancellation number, was told I would receive an email confirmation, which I did. My advice is "don't buy, I'm sorry I did".
Paying $4-something for an ounce of face cream and $4-something for a half-ounce of eye cream (neither of which delivered on their promises) doesn't seem like such a bad deal...until they hit you up for charges in the range of $90 for EACH product. Why? Because I didn't read the very, very fine print (which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist) that says you will be charged the ridiculous amount of $89-something if you don't cancel and return the products within 14 days.
But then I was told by customer support that I needed to use the product for longer than just 14 days to see real results? So I guess they're banking on consumers to feel like they have to be diligent in using their products beyond that 14-day point, in which case they get screwed out of a lot of money because by then it's too late to return the product and not be charged the full price. Oh, and that $4 I paid for said product? That was just the SHIPPING price. I really don't recall seeing that in the non-existent terms of agreement either.
Judging from the complaints I've seen, I'm not the only one who didn't read the fictitious fine print.
My advice to anyone even considering this product is to go to Target and buy some Oil of Olay instead. If that doesn't work for you, at least you'll only be out $20 or so, which hurts a lot less than being screwed out of $180!!
In early September I ordered a Taclight that was advertised for $9.95
When I received my bank account info, they had charged me $49.99.
I immediatley phoned them, and they said if I wanted refund, that I would have to return the light at my expense. I returned it onSept 15, 2017, they received it on 9/18/17.
When I did not see a refund on my bank accoutn, i called them, because they told me that it would take a few days to post refund to my account. 9/22/17 I phoned about refund...cust. serv. rep. said they had refunded $4.95...she said that they were posting a refund in the amount of 40.04. I said that did not total the amount it cost me, plus I had to pay the return shipping on it.
She said there was a restock charge. They kept saying that I paid for it that I should have kept. Never have I paid $50 for a flashlight.
this was totally a rip-off and don't know when I will receive the refund, minus The $5.
