Instant merchant group is a false company pretending to be an actual processor. They do not follow VISA/MC Regulations. Especially on refunds! They have caused my business to have multiple chargebacks because of their lack of knowledge for the merchant industry. They DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO REFUTE THE CHARGES. THEY AUTOMATICALLY REFUND THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR TECHNOLOGY AND LEADERSHIP! Sean Austin is the so called president and he is one of the biggest liars that I and the rest of our clients have ever seen!

Instant Merchant is owned by Castle Marketing and Castle Venture, as we all know the fraud reports that are out there on them. Sean Austin is the ring leader behind the fraudelent activities. Oh, he loves blaming others for why something wasnt refunded.
We found out they are using STRIPE as their processing partner, which STRIPE was unaware of their business practices and lies they tell us as clients! I haven't received our funds back but we will soon! I am making it a point to make consumers aware of their business practices. They are charging clients 8.0% when STRIPE IS ONLY 2.9% as we found out! Be on the look out for them.
