Both of those deeds paid off this summer so we contacted Creative Wealth to reinvest our funds. That was the company that contacted us to tell us that our deed had paid off. We selected a trust deed to purchase.
After waiting for our first payment, once it finally came and we received an end of month statement from Note Servicing Center, I noticed that the maturity date for the deed was December. We had only begun the purchase process in May of this year.
Further I noticed on the paperwork for the purchase that this deed had been purchased by a company in the previous December and the date of purchase. In December 2017 I started calling Note Servicing Company concerning the delinquent payments and they started giving me dates in February, before we owned the deed.
This Trust Deed is a loan to American Estate and Trust, another company named in this tangled web of conspiring companies. I called and talked with several people at Note Servicing and finally was told to contact Insider's Cash to see about having our deed relisted for someone else to take. I do not receive any replies to emails sent.
