Xiaoying Long from In Ship Solutions placed an online order with my company October 28th 2015 using a credit card. The company appeared legitimate. I sent the order. They contacted me for a tracking number which I provided. The order was delivered. They submitted a second order with my company November 2nd 2015. This order was confirmed delivered as well to the same location. On December 2nd I received notice that the credit card holder disputed the charge for the first order. In attempting to contact the company In Ship Solutions, I cannot get anybody on the phone and their email response says they are on vacation. This company is fraudulous.
I work for myus.com. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid some online sellers can be. I looked into inshipsolutions.com. They are a forwarding company like ours, nothing more. If you got a chargeback from one of their customers, then why is inshipsolutions to blame? The customer filed the dispute, not inshipsolutions. My company has this problem all the time. Go work for Walmart if you cannot handle the online business world. Buy insurance to cover yourself from these type of claims. Get rich quick schemes are a myth. This is the real world.
