Mr. Dan Parish, from INOVIC Inc., contacted me on 11/5/2015 wanting to hire a telecom technician to handle properties in Dania Beach, Florida. Sherry Burks sent the contractor packet on 11/6/2015. On 11/7/2015, Sherry Burks called wanting to know if I received the hiring packet and wanted to know my decision regarding employment because she had a repair request pending that she wanted me to take.
I decided to take the offer, and Sherry Burks sent over 4 repair tickets on 11/12/2015. I cleared the troubles, completed the required paperwork, and had the representative of the properties sign my paperwork. The same day I submitted my invoice via email to [email protected], and [email protected]. I waited for payment.
On 12/14/2015, I sent an email to Sherry Burks, informing her of my situation and that I could not get a single person to answer the phone from INOVIC, except her. I again spoke with Sherry Burks and she forwarded my email requesting payment for services to [email protected]. I sent additional emails and made numerous calls to every number I could find, but no response.
On 12/23/2015 I sent an email to Dan Parish and his response was,
“Sorry you are having issues normally checks cut first week of month. I will make a call today to check 4 u, Dan.”
That was the last time I could get Dan Parish to respond.
I’m still waiting to be paid for the work I completed for INOVIC, Inc. I’m sure the properties that I worked on in Dania Beach, Florida paid them.
