Inmate Call Solutions Reviews
Inmate call.com On 2-07-2020 I was trying to set-up calling for my husband to for Valentin's Day. So I went on line and find this website claiming it's part of the official site for inmate calls. So I opened and paid for a 3-month program. Thinking it was the Official website.
Then called to make sure it showed on his books for phone calls. Too my surprise they know nothing of this company. WOW I just paid $72.06 that I didn't have extra to play around with and now I can not get them to give it back. I've contacted my bank But they said it will take up to 6weeks to do the investigation. In the meantime I've Contacted this place everyday on returning the money.
They Lie to me over and over again saying it will be tomorrow. It has been 10days and Nothing has been given back. By now Valentine's Day came and went. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALL the facility first and they will give you a number to the right agency for that location. ... your description ... inmate.com(https://inmatecall.com/order/viewticket.php?tid=280257&c=2ZphoXzm)
Inmate call solutions used deceptive marketing to get people to sign up for their service. ICS promises savings of up to 80% and unlimited minutes using there special local ICS number. What they don’t tell you is that you have to have a long distance number to save anything. The carrier still charges a per minute fee so the unlimited minutes applies to long distance numbers only. The below disclaimer is on the cancellation page
“Our website clearly states in several places that our service will only save you money if your present number is long distance. If you choose to sign up even though your number is already local (even if the service was not used) we do not issue refunds.”
They obviously know the website is not clear and there is an on going issue with people falling for their deceptive verbiage. This disclaimer should be at the top of the sign up page in flashing red letters. Of course if it was they would not be able to rip off as many people. Personally I find it disgusting that a company would prey on people that are already struggling and on those that are trying to support them.
After numerous attempts to contact them with little success I decided to file a complaint here and with my visa company. So I spent 74.00 and got nothing.
This company advertises that you will get unlimited calling from prisoners in jail cheaper then the typical calling rates. This is not true. You still pay for the call plus 29.00 and tax per month. This is outrages for 1 or 2 call a months. They charged me twice and would not return both only one for $68.32. They said because they issued a phone number they would not return my funds. This is within 5 minutes of being online. When I found out they are ripping people off I immediately called to cancel. They would not cancel. Isn't there a time to cancel a contract? They are not allowing this option. These people need to be in jail. What a scam.
On December 31st 2015 @ 2:47 eastern time, I purchased a $49.99 phone plan online from a company called Inmate Call Solutions because I had heard people talking about saving money on phone calls from my son who's in prison.. Needless to say it's a total rip off!!! I was supposed to have gotten a local phone number that would route his calls to me, I didn't even get an email or phone call. I have sent at least 15-20 emails. There is no phone number to contact anyone or address , I can't get a response! So I was just gonna take getting screwed outta my money but.. On March 4th Inmate Call LLC charged my account another $34.18. I have since cancelled my card. Just wish the best for everyone that's been taken advantage of by these low life thieves. I don't know what else to do. Please please help me ..
I paid for a service to call an inmate and never received the information necessary to use this service. There is no customer service number, just a email address.
All I received when I contacted them is "we have an excellent product that many people are happy with". I find this untrue due to all the complaints on the internet.
All I want is my money back. $51.25.
I, paid $68.32 for an Inmate To call me from jail. I found them on the Web, but now they said the money was never received, but it's on my credit card that the money was taking out. There's no way to contact these people or ask that all monies be returned. Now I believe it all a rip-off and fraudulen. just want my money return.
