This particular rebate advertises $5 off a 12 pack of White Claw, simply complete their rebate form and mail in with original receipt and UPC from product. Several weeks later, I get a post card from Inmar Rebates informing me that my submission was denied due to reason #11: Proof of purchase (UPC) did not contain valid prod#. What?
The UPC is the product number, each White Claw product has a unique UPC code. I have never been asked for a product # on any other rebate I've ever completed. I sent in the complete UPC bar code with the code numbers below.
I went to look at a White Claw package to see what they are talking about, turns out there's a product id# off to the side of the UPC that you would not think of cutting out along with the UPC and that they did not specifically ask for on the rebate form.
So, essentially, Inmar creates a $5off coupon to entice people to purchase a product, which they have no intention of paying due to arbitrary and silly "reasons". Mine was reason 11 (how many are there), your's might be reason 17, 83 ,or 102. Good luck. United States
Send in the coupons and receipt from vetenarian, Never receive the promised rebate. They insist the receipt of payment which I received when purchased from the vetinarian is not valid. They just tap dance you around so you will go away and they do not have to pay.
These folks make a habit of this. I have had it happen on several occasions. Do not buy Dasquin nutrition supplements from their customer, the rebate is a rip-off. Period.
On 8/30/17 I mailed a rebate form for a $12 rebate from purchasing 2 bottles of Cruzan rum. I completed the form in it's entirety and mailed it along with the original receipt with my purchases circled, as directed by Inmar..
It is now 11/28/17 and I still have not received my rebate check. I have called them 3 different times trying to resolve this. On 11/3/17 I was told my rebate had been received on 9/5/17 and was approved and that it should be mailed within a few days. On 11/20/17 I spoke to Andrea who confirmed it was approved but not yet mailed. Andrea requested this to be expedited and told me I should receive my $12 rebate within 1-2 weeks. On 11/28/17 I spoke to Carla who told me it still has not been mailed. She told me they should have an "update" on the status by 12/4/17 but no guarantees.
This is incredibly ridiculous. I've seen so many other similar complaints on BBB.org. Why are businesses allowed to continuously operate this way???
Inmar failed to provide the service they contracted with us to provide. They tried to hide their mistakes and lie about them continually. Their service is organized in a way that makes it extremely difficult to track what they are doing and they often refuse to supply baisc repots outling what they are doing on behalf of our company. I found out the have already been sued for doing this same thing to a major healthcare provider and lost that suit. Dishonesty is the name of their game, and when you try to get help from their management when you encounter in incompitent staff member who refuses to help you; you get someone else with the same last name covering for them. This is rediculous! We spent endless hours trying to deal with their failings, which took them months to figure out and in the menatime they corrupted nearly every stage of the process, making every encounter with them a total nightmare.
Inmar has 2 problems:
They don't know what thye are doing
They lie and hide each and every failure and try to blame you for their mistakes; so document and record everything!!!

Purchased a box of the new Slide cat litter because it said to try for free with a rebate. Tried to go on-line to collect on the rebate--was informed over and over by the computer that I was installing the wrong code name (this is the one the rebate paper said to submit). After 2 hours of going to different websites to collect on my free rebate I gave up and called the phone number on the rebate form. Talked to a real person, who informed me that I went to the wrong website, he took me to the correct website (according to him) and proceeded to tell me that I was putting in the wrong code, although it was the one he spelled out letter for letter to me. I gave up, told him that the consumers were right about this being a scam and I was going to call BBB. Wow--talk about ripoffs--BBB wanted to charge me in order to file a report. After spending all day trying to get my rebate I finally called the phone number on the box of cat litter. Again, I talked to a real person--he appologized for the inconvenience I had experienced and took my phone number, name and address and said a check for $10.00 should arrive to me in 7-10 days. Let's find out if I wasted my time again.
On august 10 i submit a form for a $60 rebate on purcessing 6 bottle 1.75 l of Smirnoff vodka. We in December and I did not received the rebate.I call them and the answer was:we processing. This is a very clear ripoff and I will never get the rebate.
This company allegedly handles rebates for Waterpik. After a lengthy delay, rec'd a postcard stating that the appropriate materials were not included in my submission. That is patently untrue and -- of special interest -- EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD MY HYGIENIST when she sent in for a rebate. She warned me expressly to be careful to include everything, which I did.
Sniff, sniff, I smell a SCAM and shame on Waterpik, an otherwise (I believe) reputable company.
