Ink.com sells ink replacement cartridges. In my case, this is a totally dishonest company. I emailed their customer support to tell them one of the cartridges I ordered was inccorrect, they didn't believe me and wanted photos, which I supplied. They still would not send me the correct cartridge or refund the purchase, just the run a round wanting more "photos'. I offered to send the wrong product back to them at my expense, they had my money, so they weren't intrested in making anything right. If you need ink cartridges, this company should be ignored, there are legitimate ones, this isn't one of them!
Ordered an HP 02 Black Cartridge placed on 06/22/2016, for my Mother. Today, 27 July 2016, she attempted to replace and insert Black Cartridge into Printer. Printer indicated Cartridge was damaged due to being Expired. Fumbled around with printer and eventually inserted another new Cartridge, which worked as specified. Wrote Ink Cartridges Company and they indicated THAT IT IS AFTER 30 DAY WARRANT, THEREFOR YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK... IT IS OUT of POLICY AND YOU NEED TO MOVE ONWARD. NO LONGER OUR PROBLEM.
Please be sure to pass this to the President and HR Representative of Inkcartridges.

If you cannot accept my complaint regarding an Item Purchased from your company, which was Defective, then I have no choice other than the following;
A. Report this Company InkCartridges to the BBB.
B. Have this Company InkCartridges Reported to All Military and Business Authorities (I have the means).
C. Report this Unfortunate Business Transaction on your Feedback Forum.
D.
One of the Cartridges was expired.
The Ink Cartridge was installed, and printer indicated Cartridge is Expired.
Please send me another Cartridge or somehow I return this Expired Cartridge. I have complete cartridge ready for possible Return
