Informatico Experts Limited Reviews
My mother called this "scam" company thinking they would help her with her problems. The asked her for $500 to fix the problems and she agreed not knowing what kind of company they were. I just happend to be talking with her on the phone when this was happening and I told her to stop it until I could get there. As I am talking with her after arriving at ther home, I can see that they are already in her computer. Just so happens, the person calls her because I am moving the mouse. He becomes very beligerent with me when I am talking with him. At this point there are three other people in the room that are listening to the conversation. I demand that he tell me who he works for and he gets very defensive with me. The more I question him the more he becomes beligerent. I demand that he refund her money, remove all of his programs, and cease doing anything on her computer. He is beligerent with me the whole time. While I am still on the phone with me, he enters my mother's email and starts removing items. Little did he know I had already made copies of the information! He says he cannot refund her money because Sunday is a holiday and when I tell him that he can run a charge through, but he can't do a refund he starts cussing at me. I stop him and he gets even more beligerent. He finally hangs up.
As I am working on restoring her computer to its original state the phone rings and it is someone checking up on the computer. I inform him that I want my mother's money back and for them to stop calling her. This man also gets defensive with me and then transfers me to the same person I had talked with before. Once again he becomes beligerent with me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and get the same idiot as before.
We are now dealing directly with HP to restore her computer because they placed a password on it.
Beware of this company. The are scam artists and have no problem talking your money.
