I was in a very minor accident in which I tapped the car in front of me when the light turned green and the driver of the car in front of me hadn’t finished typing the text he was sending so he sat there and I tapped him . The damage was minimal to none and we agreed I would just fix it instead of filing an insurance claim. The other party decided to file a claim and when I heard of it I attempted to contact Bernard Wright multiple occasions leaving multiple voicemails. The only correspondence I received was certified letters stating that due to my negligence in filing a claim that the claim could be denied. I’m writing this on June 28th after only being able to reach a busy signal and infinity has given me deadline of June 29th to contact them or my policy could be revoked. It’s been a headache and a half and I wish Bernard Wright would pull his head out of whatever orifice he has it lodged up in.
My truck was hit by a vehicle insured by Infinity Insurance. It was parked in front of my house and the impact knocked it up over the curb and on the grass next to the sidewalk. The striking vehicle also hit two other cars. This is in a residential area and the car left over 30' of skid marks clearly indicating speeding.
I was given Bernard Wright as my claims adjuster and he answered my first call in a few rings. He gave me a claims number and that is the extent of my communication with him. I've called him, his main company, his manager, Miko Lars and nobody returns calls. I was sent a letter basically saying they are investigating it and for me to fix my own car.
This is totally unacceptable as it's been 3 weeks and no call back or any other communication. I have uninsured insurance on my truck but they will not fix my truck unless Infinity refuses the claim. I'm stuck with nothing to drive and they do not answer any calls. When I call the main number they say, Bernard is handling it call him. What a POS company!!
I was involved in a car accident on October 1, 2015 where I was hit by a driver insured by Infinity Car Insurance. This driver subsequently hit a second car. However, I was first hit by this driver and first reported the insurance claim. A representative from Inifinity issued an repair estimate for my car in the amount of $2,478.32 and conceded liablity. In spite of all this, they have yet to issue payment and I have been unable to repair my car or even rent a car, as Infinity has also failed to approve any car rental fees. At the time of the accident, I was 9 months pregnant and sunsequently delivered my baby nearly 2 weeks early due to complications.
A child, 16-17 years old female, hit my car with the car she was driving in the parking lot of the local public library. She admitted guilt twice. As the damage to both cars was not serious I suggested that we do not bother Infinity, the insurance company of the car's owner. Due to the fact that I am born European and I speak with a funny accent and also due to the child's (I am 70 years old) social inexperience I was perceived as a criminal. She photographed all my car, around it, licence plate, VIN number and all. She also photgraphed me before I had time to observe it.
One hour later I changed my mind and I decided to have my car repaired. I contacted Infinity and spoke with a young person, he said his name was David. He tried to intimitate me, asked illegal questions (date of birth, social security number, driver license number), said the adjustor's name was "Shwana", and gave me two body-shop names and addresses to go for my car to be inspected. The addresses proved to be false. Neither the businesses nor the street names and numbers exist.
I confronted them and they connected me to a guy, he said his name was "Taun". He said they have not talked to the child that caused the accident yet, only to the owner of the car. He flatly refused to send someone to inspect my car and have it repaired. He claimed that I caused the accident.
Two days after reporting the accident to that David as mentioned above, I received a paper from Birngiham, AL that says I should go to my own insurance and have them pay for the repair of my car.
In other words, Infinity Insurance is not only a big sty, it is also a gang of criminals. Maybe it belongs to a Mexicam drug cartel?
I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI and I will make it public during the weekend. I will send a copy to all major news papers around the country, distribute copies to all local public libraries and also in coffee shops, restaurants and other public places Last but by no means least, I will send copies to all insurance agents that work with those criminals.
