To the infinity loan company in Washington, DC I gave them my social security number my bank information and i also gave them over 500 dollars to help rinse my credit score because they told me was bad but i didn't know i had a credit score and they started to taking money out of my checking account and they also started to text my phone asking me to send them nudes to get my loan money and plus the money they owe me as well but never gave me my money back. They had bad customer service they cussed you out and just took advantage of all the money I had in my account and all I ask for was for 500 dollars loan.
To whom it may concern, You need really need to work on your customer service department, I don't know who it was I interacted with but I was lied to he told me I needed to pay $49.95 that day and I told him I wanted to wait a week or so till I got paid because I only have a little bit over that to survive me for another week, told him I was on Social Security and he promised that that day he would put a $50 Visa card in the mail I signed up on January 5th I have yet to receive that card and he put me in a hole where I had to borrow money and I don't like that since then I have tried several times to call I get your wait time is 8 minutes okay if you would like to leave a call back number press to doesn't work I waited 45 minutes and hung up waited an hour call back I was told one minute wait time another 45 minutes on hold and hung up so now you're getting this. You either need to get more customer service reps or better ones I don't know what your issue is my you keep customers on hold for as long as 45 minutes that's ridiculous you should have enough people to take care of that. This Free Trial is a fancy way for you to get charged big bucks on your credit card, not once but twice. After much research to find the company, the person was rude. I bite on the first month for $150 because I did not call back within 10days..... But the 2nd charge was made and no product was shipped. That is the biggest part of the Scam...... My bad that i clicked on it to begin with... the government should make them put the true name of the company, address, along with the email and phone# in the Advertisement before you click on the link and mandatory for the Credit Card Company to have a phone# of the company. If you try the email supplied there is nothing there.
