First they wont send payout list up front. They dont want you to know that a winterization that pays $100 EVERYWHERE is only $35 with them. They talk you into taking work by first telling you about all the millions you will make once your bids are accepted. Then they send this lame typed out pay sheet with every price around a third of what it should be. The bid approvals never come. You will drive hundreds of miles for peanuts. Waste of time. Totally.
