This company does everything they can to deny your claim over anything they can make up. I submitted a claim that was denied due to improper maintenance even after proof was provided the the work was completed. I had a oil change done and the service co put on the receipt reccomended services that may be due based on mileage. I declined the service because the work had already be completed and provided proof. they said that because I didn't do the service anyway it was "Improper Maintenance" so claim denied.

There is no reasoning with these people, I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to get somebody with some sense of reason to listen to no avail. I have been hung up on twice by Rene, I have been thrown into the phone circle of death. I called back to the claims number instead of customer service and got the same person. Rene put me on hold for a supervisor then came back and said they were at lunch to call back in a hour. So I called back in an hour and they told me that the supervisors were gone for the weekend. so the following week I called and was told that they were going to re-open the claim to review the documents and they would call me back and guess what? no call back.. so I called agin after two more days of trying to be patient and they said that the claim was closed because of improper maintenance. My truck has been at the dealership now for a month, I have been more than reasonable and have complied with everything that the contract states and they still will not hold up their end. I have been ripped off.

Gave $ 200.00 deposit April 2019 . They kept card in fomation . For two years no monthly statements . Called June 2019 with no answer . In march of 2021 they made unauthorized charge to my card and another April 2021 . No goods / services delivered or contact .

Email cancel notice May 2021 and called customer service . Person claimed my account was active . How can account be active after two years of no statements or authorized payment ?

Closed card use . Got stuck with two months of two of unauthorized card charges . Deceptive business practices / credit card fraud .

I brought my car in to get serviced at a Dealership for repairs. Prior to bringing the vehicle in, i attempted calling them and only the sales dept was receiving calls. Claims dept kept me on hold indefinitely. i emailed them and asked if they were just accepting sales calls and not taking claims. i told them in the email that if thatw as the case, i would like to just get my money back and go with a company that actually is operating. a few days later after the weekend they contacted me. i called them back so i could get an approval so that there are no issues.

I spoke to Matt who told me to bring it in to any ASE certified repair shop and they would speak to dealership once diagnosis was made. This was on Friday before Labor day. they dealership contacted them and told them what the issues were. aside from the issues that i knew were wrong with the car, ( Air Conditioner & Motor Mount) they told them that there were three other minor issues that needed servicing ( oil leak at cooler, transmission and control arm and ball joint were loose) i spoke to matt and told them that i wasn unaware of any leaks, however, that whenever you bring to a dealerships, they always find something "wrong" in vehicle that needs servicing.

i then told matt, just worry about the two major issues and that i would take care of the minor issues so that there are no delays in gettim vehicle repaired. He then said that n adjustor had to be sent out to see the vehicle. i took them asnother 8 days befor ethat happened. i had to call back on numerous times to see what the hold up was. Finally, i called again and was told that the adjustor inspected the vehicle and he stated that the issues were "pre Existing" as they claimed, all of them!!! and that no part of the repairs were to be paid out! i was livid. I got this warranty five months ago and theyre claiming that ive been driving this vehicle with these issue, through summer, 3-4k miles have been put on the truck with these "pre-existing" conditions, through the summer heat, no AC, and basically using that as an excuse to not pay out a claim.

I told them what was the point of having a warranty company if they have no intention of paying.? they said that i would get a prorated refund ( i paid in one lump sum, not monthly). they are making their money by basically denying claims or major claims and refunding months "under covered warranty!" stay away from these people. before i signed up, i looked at their reviews and they were at 4 stars and now they are at 1.5 and its obvious that they are just scamming people out of their money with no intention of paying out claims. Ususally warranty companies have an insurance company for this to pay claims but its obvious that they have no type of insurance so they are just collecting their money just to stay afloat by consistently denying valid claims. this matter will not end here. i will pursue this further to put an end to scrupulous companies taking advantage of people for their own gain.

crooks

they denied my first claim saying that it was due to pre existing condition. then they wouldn't respond to my repeated requests over 50 days for a refund until i told them was about to file a complaint with the attorney general of michigan, which i will do if i have to. they all use phony names. the owner is the biggest con artest.
